Thank you. I think most of those issues are resolved in this new patch that is uploading to itch.io currently. ihe WT vs wt issue will need more time to track down because I will have to compare file names manually or fully play through the game

There are a couple of bugs, hope this fixes them:
- If the main character goes to Italian at the last stage, the main characterās picture updates for the rest of the day, as if they were thin again. But by morning, the weight returns.
- In Isabelās lab, after the phrase āCould we call in one of the old test subjects?ā appears, if you click āLets do it!ā and āIām ready,ā youāll get a black window with no pictures or options.
- At the 4WT player has chinese food instead of pizza
- Paragraph lab fat has wrong route to images Images\isabel\test subjects\Player\all\2.png

The flexibility to fatten yourself or others is incredibly exciting. Iām really glad to see this reflected in the dialogue. Iād also like all the characters to notice the main characterās new weight stage.

Thank you! Iām glad youāre liking it! I think bugs 2 and 4 were solved in hotfix 2 that I put out a few days ago and is available on itch.io. If they are not fixed in that version, then hopefully someone letās me know because I think it was working for me. The others should be easy fixes as well.
Itās there gona be posible to have more than one feeder, like in the house while the protag is the feede a posibilitie of the others in the house to be feeders? I think is an interesting idea at least for me

Great game! I feel the pace is a tad too slow though, and i feel you should get 5 potions at a time. it feels like a waste of a time slot to visit the shop all the time
I didnāt mind having to go back to the shop, but it was annoying with the RNG to actually find all the girls. I didnāt get one coming around (and thereās not that many) until I had finished most of the other content before getting to lvl2 potions. Itād be nice for them to be maybe tied to a weekday or something for the location. Also I feel like Dream, via Rea?, mentioned something would happen after using the potion on like 5 girls in the park, but then I donāt remember that coming up againā¦
Money was not a constraint at all, there was always enough money to do food as actions for the day. Itād be interesting if you worked alone if they gave you the option to buy a coffee from the shop for like 10-15$ and get an extra action for the day.

The next update will include a system to keep the RNG but not let it roll the same person that you did the last 2 time. So if you see person 1, you wont see them the next time or the time after.

Next update will include more things to do with the girls that will raise their weights. Should cut out the monotony a bit while also maintaining the overall pace. Might also burn through money a bit faster.

Most of these are a result of me being an amateur with both twine and overall coding. A lot of them are doing something behind the scenes. This is a problem I should be able to fix now that I have learned more, I just have to take the time to do it and it isnāt top priority yet.
The 5 girls at the park thing should be what triggers the event for level 2 potions

Not necessarily more than one feeder but there is an alternate route for Nat that will switch up who is feeding who. There is only one scene on this route so far though, next update should include more. How you get there is hinted at early in the game.

Some non game breaking bugs probably arenāt going to be fixed until version 2, which i am actively worked on.
I would like to hear from the community a bit on what they would like to see in the next update, so I am going to drop some polls here. I appreciate any and all feedback, so please vote and feel free to comment thoughts!
First question revolves around how much content will be in the next update. New events will definitely include multiple date options for each of the main cast and at least one scene for Rea and Isabel (potion shop and lab). I have already put quite a bit of work into this so it wlll definitely be in the update. I can also include additional weight stages and a potential rework for Eve and Milas appearance; however, this will take more time to impliment.
So do people want the faster timeline/less content route, or the longer timeline/more content route?

Second point of order is character design. I feel, and I have heard from others, that Eve and Mila look kind of bland. I have tried to remedy that and the results are below. Higher weight stages are spoiler blurred.

Reworking these chareacters will take some time, but I would rather do it now as opposed to down the road when there are more pictures to rework with the new design.
I will also be working to hopefully have a less buggy version 2 initial release and I intend to address all bugs that are reported before moving on to version 3 this time around. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to reporting bugs and giving feedback, it is much appreciated!
About the character reworks: I think it would be better to come up with some distinguishing traits and apply some to one character and some others to the other. Accessories are often useful here: a favorite hair pin, bracelet, purse could go a long way. I assume youāre already prompting hair and eye color to keep them consistent. You could do a lot worse than listing your favorite few anime characters, inspecting their designs, and āstealingā one or two details from each for your characters. Another route is to give them distinct, memorable personalities and backstories and reason from those to appearance.
Building off what BadIdea said, another thing that could help differentiate the characters is reinforcing the different gain archetypes since they all kind of just get generally chubbier with the exception of Nat who generally has a pear shaped body in her weight 4 images. Reinforcing that with Nat and letting some others go further into apple or strawberry would, if nothing else, give a stronger indication for which end of the gaining fetish each character is trying to appeal to, rather than either being husky hourglasses or boobs, belly, butt and thighs.
Itās pretty likely that Iām jumping the gun and itāll come soon⢠but if nothing else Iād like to make sure itās on the radar so all us nerds can get some enjoyment from this game.
For what itās worth, the old Eve and Mila images seemed like they were leaning towards strawberry and apple growths respectively and just needed some more development, in both image consistency and in world growth
So I am a bit torn on how to progress with this. First of all, I do not plan on abandoning Appetite for Growth and a good chunk of progress has been made on an update. I would love to have at least 2 more major updates but we will just have to see. My problem is that progress on the game is very slow, partially due to lack of motivation. Lack of progress causes me to have less motivation and work on it even less. When I first started building the game I was totally new to everything programing, image generating or game design so the behind the scenes of the game is a mess. This makes development difficult and slow. The solution that has been bouncing around in my head is to create a second game with better organization and a structure that would be easier for me to work on. Basically I would like to start with 1-3 girls and have their completed storylines and all weight stages in version 1. Then I would have regular updates, each one with a new girl that has a complete storyline. There would potentially be an overarching storyline that would be progressed with each additional update. Stylistically it would be similiar to Appetite for Growth. I think I could release regular updates for this game while slowly chipping away at Appetite for Growth. The idea is that this would keep me involved with the community and motivated to continue development. I just want some feedback from people that enjoyed the initial release of my game.
Iām not to attached to the characters from the first game. Are they fun? Yeah, but they were barely fleshed out. The main thing I liked about it was the dynamics and the options. The potential back and forth with the MC and Nat especially was the main thing that stood out. A new game at this juncture to keep the creative juices flowing sounds good either way.
I will recommend keeping the next game fairly short and small in scope. Something that can be knocked out in 3 waves seems ideal. Initial release to see what works, mid scope to focus down on areas to improve, and ending polish. Maybe have the plan for the game to be ādoneā in terms of story by major update two and then the third update can be side events, fleshing out scenes and general touch ups. I know its one thing to say all this and another entirely to get it done. The thing that is always tricky about this kind of thing is if you start a new long project and get stuck on it as well then if feels even worse and kills motivation because if feels like your behind on two things and not just one.
Or maybe best of both worlds and do a small little game and then a big project while still touching AoG in the background every once in a while.
At any rate AoG is a very good first go around and if the new game is in that same vein then I early await it. Either way thanks for making this and hope your muse stops being difficult.
