I like it!
I think in terms of straight-up weight, 1 and 3 are best, two looks a tad too much like the regular air inflation. Between 1 and 3, though, I can’t pick which I think would be better for the game. My personal opinion is that I like 1 better because it doesn’t look too much like the air inflation, has a fairly uneven shape to her belly and the face is normal (again, personally I’m not much of a fan of fat faces, but I don’t really like weight gain either.)
That looks like you’re trying to run it from within some sort of archive. Try extracting it to its own, uncompressed folder and running it again.
