Think I found a bug while trying to get Jamie fired as throwing a wild party doesn’t seem to do anything.
There was some code that got mixed up when updating the most recent patch. Has been fixed and the files on Itch have been updated

I explored the city and met up with Bonnie… and got the box of chocolates from her, which I assume are for Carmen - but then I still see the note in the maid cafe from her without the option to proceed…
Edit: Ah, dug some digging, I see, this is a bit confusing… looks like the first box of chocolates is for Evelynne? And then I guess I’ll get more for Carmen after that…
Also in the latest update, I’m not seeing the branch for unsticking the SC shop with Ophilia… even though I have the required fruits…
Looks like I missed a goth interaction or hadn’t given her the amulet long enough beforehand (I got it late).
I modified my save to unblock me setting the last goth entry to 3.

- Bug that caused players to miss the party event during the Jamie questline is fixed (unfortunately saves passed that point are unable to see the choice with David Knox. A save file that is just prior to choosing your roommate has been included in the Zip for people who want to avoid having to grind back up to that point because of this error.)

Been waiting to complete my run of Update 0.7, but I’m completely stuck at the Alchemy Table section.
My initial assumption was that maybe one option from each section (Vials, Minerals, Herbs) would produce something, but after many many trials that doesn’t seem to be the case. Out of all of them, Crimson Garnet seemed like the easiest one but no matter what I do I haven’t gotten a single successful creation. My first assumption was Fire Gem, Violet Liquid, and perhaps some Herb since the descriptor was “Fire Magic, Heat Resistant, Soft enough to chew” and there’s no descriptor for “Soft” in any item.
Ashamed to say but I’ve spent about 45 minutes trying to get really any item at this point and I’m at my wits end, no combination seems to work for even the simplest option. If anyone can just post a cheat sheet I would really appreciate it, because until then I don’t want to spend any more time doing what at this point is just random guessing.
So the confusion that you are having is assuming the the ledger is describing recipes. What it is doing is describing each of the ingredient. So the ledger by the potions describes the potions, the ledger by the plants explains the plants, etc. What you need to do is go throught those three different menus and collect the proper ingredients to create the “Essence of Ascendancy”

I genuinely thought that since the names didn’t match except for the herbs that I needed to go ahead and make 5 new items based on the descriptors of each ledger item in the Minerals and Vials categories. Not that each of the potential items WAS one of those required items.

Can you make only one Bulging Brew? Did it once, but it keeps failing the 2nd time.
Hey, does anyone know what to get Carmen? I have like 50 chocolate bars, yet the game is still telling me to “keep an eye out for chocolate”

I was having the same problem. You have to progress the gym quest line intil Bonnie starts making candy/chocolates and buy one at the gym.
You pick it up at one of the vendors somewhere, not the grocery. I want to say at the gym but that might be a later one?

It also isn’t the first one that Bonnie makes that you can give Carmen yet. That tripped me up a bit too.
