But the problem with mobile platforms is that applications can’t be bigger than 4 GB for android and I think about the same for iOS and also remember about the memory needed to run the game, RAM should be at least 32 GB so it could both run the game and work, not freeze at the start, so phones have I think the most insanely gaming friendly phones may have 16 GB or maybe I do not know something?

There high end devices that should be able to run PC games 2023 to later high end devices with the proper requirements sorry if being a bit buggy with information on my information and experience
