The height and weight traits don’t show up in the ruler creator, but you can set the character’s weight between 1 and 14 for the chubby trait to be assigned in game after a year or so. Weight thresholds here:
Everything in my playlist is the latest version of the game/each mod, though make sure you have the latest patch from this Mega folder (currently Unnofficial fix 1.8). That folder also has a ton of compatches for other mods, so I’m currently playing with CFP and EPE using this load order:

I’ve also just seen this Compatible Skeleton mod that apparently lets you play with Sappho’s Daughter II as well as all the mods I just listed, which I’ll definitely be checking out. Load order for that is on the LoversLab page.
