Deight Class - A Feederism Dating Sim! 1.4 UPDATE LIVE 3/19

Played the current version of the game.
I really like the game, feeding sessions, the AI art is good, dates, etc.

However here are the points I think would improve the game:

  • Have a skip forward button. When replaying the game, or replaying a date, it would be nice to be able to skip already seen dialogues. It’d make replayability easier.
  • Have a backwards button. In case of a faulty button press, it can be nice to just go backwards. That or, instead of having an auto-save system, have a multiple save system where one can save/load.
  • Have a gallery. Basically, have a place where one can see all the images they have “unlocked” for each character.
  • Add more dates/things to do with characters. Basically, in addition to more content like you likely plan to do already, have some more casual dates. Just dates that can be done at any weight and replayable, like “let’s go eat dinner together”, “let’s go to cinema, beach, walk in the park…”. That could also work for other npc which are not in “people” section (like Molly).

Sadly something like a skip and a back button is the one major downside about the system I chose to build in Unity. There are major implications that it would have, whereas in renpy or something it’s just built in. I’ll likely never add these.
A gallery is something that I will likely add in the next update! I put out a content poll in Patreon, and a lot of people seem to want this.
More content will 100% be added haha. It’s pretty impossible to do “dates at any weight”, because I’d need an image set for each weight. If you notice, the conditional images for things like study and work are just 1 image for the most part.

I suppose the dates at any weight could work, but instead of having a set of images for each weight level, maybe have some for several weight levels. Like one for thin, one for 0-200, 200-300, 300-400, 400-500, 500+ (five images set). Or even beigger things like 0-200, 200-350, 350-500, 500+ (four images set).
People would understand if you can’t just put one set per weight level!

Sure, but it wouldn’t make the most since for a 150lb girl to act exactly the same as a 500+lb one would it! At that point they might as well be separate dates.

Eh idk.
I take examples of other similar games with dating characters (the weighting game, fatgeria, etc), and dates hardly change outside of maybe the girl asking for more food, etc.

Those games usually uses those dates also as a way to increase the weight of the romanceable characters.

So it could be done, just like those games, and use an image sets depending on weight range.

But I understand it can also be quite the task to do! It is also what takes those kind of games the most time between updates.

I personally really like the idea of the game progressing only when relatively unique events happen. It makes it feel real. Sure there’s some repetition, but I try to limit it. I plan to continue to add more and more content though! Including dates.

I know this was from a while ago, but at what weight stage should this conversation happen and will is show up on a talk, date, or some other place?

Found a bug. After making one with a girl, it wont shows if there is new one, so I have to check it myself. Its same with everyone.

You need to get Aerie to 350 iirc, it’s the final date with her you need to do before the talk button will show up

I’m not sure what you mean by this…

After you make a date, a button “go to a date” (or something like that) changes to “replay the date”. And when new date with the same girl is available, it (as far as I remember) should change back to “go to a date”. But in the game it doesn’t change back.

Oh interesting. Okay, I’ll take a look for the next update.

Went through a couple of playthroughs of this game and came out rather satisfied! I was admittedly a bit skeptical of the AI art but it eventually grew on me. I like the quirky writing and think the in-game economy was more than fair given the type of game it is.

What is the current ending for the Work storyline? I’ve reached Claire 2’s second size and boss has been comforted. Does the faerie that comes in to work ever get bigger? And besides the time I flirted with Lora is there any more content there?

I believe there’s more content in both places. The manager has a whole storyline and if you get a certain blue potion from the girls at the library, there’s something with Lora also.
