Thank you so much for the long post! I’ll try to answer your points.
- I would like to keep some choices not too obvious about which girl/route they are about to make it a bit more realistic. Regarding Haruka and Shiori there are mostly small conseguences for now. Basically there will be a turning point later on in the game where it will matter which girl (Haruka or Shiori) you put more “points” on. Other girls are handled differently.
- Yes, I will add more views from behind and try to use more the full body sprites!
- As for Rin and Haruka’s mother, they’re just side characters though they could technically gain something in the future
As for the other things, I won’t spoil anything. But I plan to bring Azumi to stage 2 in the next act!

Found a little error so far,
In the stage 3 group burger heaven visit, Haruka and Shiori order the same thing, and Eri orders water. When the order arrives, the sprites for Eri and Shiori’s orders are swapped
I really liked chapter 3!
Can you make the protagonist less of an ass tword haruka? Or add more choices that have him being nicer? I would buy this game again if you went back and add more choices and alternative paths where he is nicer or meaner to either or both of the main two girls.
For now I will only use Itch, if more people ask I could do something for the next updates.

Don’t worry, the MC will be much nicer towards Haruka in the next updates, with the right choices. She’s just the stereotype of the annoying childhood friend (maybe I didn’t make it so clear with my not so good writing) but as the story progresses things will get more interesting.

No it is clear, I just don’t like playing jerkish character. I do like everything you have done so far, I just like more choices and options to be the nice guy.

If you don’t mind my asking, is there any sort of per act goal for what is added. For example, 1 weight stage of main duo and 1 stage of 1 side character per act. Or are you more going where the flash of inspiration in writing/designing/coding takes you?
Yes a new stage for Haruka and Shiori per act. As for the other girls, it will depend but they will have more or less the same number of stages. Of course Eri will get bigger anyway because of the pregnancy, but she will also gain weight in her own route 
Chiming in to say that I’ve been following this since 1.1 and I’m really liking how it’s taking shape. I’m a sucker for classic trope based VN stuff so this has really hit the spot. Office ladies are also the best.
Every character is likeable in different ways and feel like they add something to narrative, and I really like how the MC is approaching the WG elements rather than just having a standard feeder/FA personality from the get go. It feels much more organic and if you do decide to include more elements drawing from Feederism stuff down the line, it’ll at least feel earned. The way the girls are slowly gaining weight and going through all the classic stages is also great, I really like how you’re approaching those elements.
I’m looking forward to seeing how the narrative progresses especially with the cliffhanger at the end of chapter 3. I’m a fan of how the MC has different relationship with each girl and looking forward to seeing more of each one. The two main girls are both great - I’m still not sure who I like best! The game receiving quick updates is also great - it’s a fantastic little episodic story and I look forward to playing each time it’s updated.
RE Feedback/Suggestions - there’s not too much to say as I like where it’s going and I like how grounded the game feels with the girls slowly bumping up in weight. A few CGs would add to the experience massively, but I appreciate that might be challenging with the resources available. Likewise, the front and back views were great but any other sprite work you can do would really help bring it to life. The main feedback I have is just I want more, especially interactions/events 1 on 1 with the individual girls which is always a good sign.
Might be difficult to say at this stage but do you have a rough plan/idea you can share around future plans? Will the focus remain on the two main girls with the side cast also pumping up a bit, or are you planning on widening the focus? Similarly, have you got a rough idea of how many acts/chapters you want to have and what sort of direction you have in mind? Would be very interested to hear.
