I mean I see your point but the fact that you are pretty much told you’re a feeder by the one dude no matter what path you’re on seems to lend itself to that being the key theme of the mc.

Yeah I know, it’s true Haruka and Shiori will have fewer elements of explicit feederism by the end of it, and it wasn’t really intended but the story kind of evolved that way for them. It’s still implicit that MC heavily encouraged them to eat throughout the whole game though. Anyway, while their routes are almost over, both of them will (hopefully) get their dedicated expansion with at least one more stage. The expansions will focus on the life of MC and the girl years later, while the base game as you can guess will end shortly after the confession (except for someone).
I say that again because it might not be clear, but every girl will get to stage 6 in the base game, so Azumi, Eri and Maki still have quite a lot of story left and you will get to explore feederism more there!

I know technically their routes start earlier than everyone else’s, but for the the two “main” love interests of the game I can’t help but think that their routes are extremely short compared to the rest of the cast when you consider the rest have 3 stages left to go for the most part. Along with that I can’t help but feel that if the end of the Haruka and Shiori paths come soon there’s been no real moments that I’ve felt where the MC truly feels like he is interested in them. This may come from the MC being written as extremely dense(which is one of the most frustrating tropes in romance stories imo), but I can’t help but worry that the endings will feel a bit forced or shoehorned in. Just an “I love you” then fade to black as it were.

I tend to agree. Haruka’s story is near an end and neither she (nor really even the MC) even knows the MC is interested in her or likes her body and appetite. I think it would be nice to extend her story a bit for more payoff, even if her size stops at 6. It would be nice for them to at least have a little time where it’s all out in the open. Them being in love isn’t really in the game at all. He still makes fun of her. He also hasn’t really gotten a chance to test just how powerful her appetite is. We all know he’d love to actively feed her, and she’d be more than happy to eat!

I understand your points, this is my first time writing a story and sharing it with people and my own perception might feel wrong. Haruka is going to have her Jun 6 event (hot spring bath with MC, eating competition, festival etc.) and then the full Jun 7 dedicated to her, so there’s still a bit of time to show them together. The expansion about their future life will also help I hope 
Anyway, please keep criticizing and pointing out things that feel wrong. I’ve already gone back to make changes many times, but keep in mind the game is already out of control in terms of girls, features etc. Adding more stuff at this point is quite problematic, and there’s still so much to do.
The new build of Voluptuous Elves is almost ready, but that is going to be a smaller side project and you can expect the new Azumi update this month of course.
(On a side note, I say again that I am very okay with the current Patreon numbers. Thanks again to everyone and I’ll try to be as fast as possible with the updates. I know it may sound pretentious given the amatorial nature of this, but game dev is usually a full time job and requires a lot of time each day and as you can imagine I also have to pursue another career!)

First off, you’ve nailed the theme you’re going for - oblivious romance protagonist. They’re a bit more forward/aware than the worst examples of harem MC but the overall tone/response is spot on.
In terms of overall project the biggest thing you’ve done well, imo, is the girls - specifically their personalities. It’s common/easy to have love interests in this fetish fall into a generally passive ‘actually I suddenly like gaining weight’ tying into the MC being a feeder from the start. I think having the MC gradually come to the realization over the course of the story feels more organic and allows each girl to go down their path via their own personality rather than because they’re being nudged by a secretive feeder.
Each girls feels distinct and arrives at their weight gain by different means, Shiori’s stress eating, Haruka’s general gluttony, Azumi’s stuffing, Maki’s being a closeted feedee (I haven’t gone down the preg route since it’s not really my thing so can’t comment there).
This makes each of their scenes more interesting because they’re distinct, fetish scenes for each character tap into fundamentally different content instead of being different variants of ‘feed them’ while also not feeling like they’re just catering to different fetishes thrown together.
For areas of improvement - I think having all sprites available in the viewer would be good, sometimes I want to see a specific outfit but can’t because it’s not what’s chosen. I think indulgences does this well with not every character stage having every outfit in the viewer.
I’m excited for the Azumi arc, she was my initial top pick because of the general ‘loss of control/inhibition’ but Maki has overtaken her and I’m interested in seeing where you go with her route. Shame/exhibitionism seems like a theme with her as well as her being the only intentional gainer and having the most ground to cover in catching up. I think having her overshoot the other girls gluttony and incurring comments/stares from them would be a good fit as well as featuring more of the fitness loss that Shiori and Haruka have had.
Unrelated to this game or Gluttonous elves, but have you considered making a WG game/story centered on the protagonist gaining? While there are definitely some I feel like it’s under-represented and I think you’d do well with the approach if it’s interesting to you and would add some variation to your catalogue.

Yes I know the codex isn’t the best. Many sprites and CGs from Act 6 and later won’t be unlockable for the moment but I will add everything to the codex as soon as the game is complete. I want to avoid breaking saves for now and just focus on completing the story.
I’m not really into male wg, but if you mean a female MC pov that’d be interesting. I don’t think I’ll ever get to work on something like that though, my two games still have a long way to go in terms of development.
The Azumi update is almost done, I should release it in the coming days!
I think her fans will be quite happy, there’s a lot of sentimental development (and 4 new CGs)
