It’s the last thing I need to discover in the game?
it’s part of one of the optional side missions that you can take that is dependent on who you have or have not recruited. that particular one being if you have recruited Pheobe and her husband
It’s inside the gas station, I think
that’s also a part of the side mission with Pheobe. the prisoners depend on whether you’ve sided with Gain or the Cult
A little more explanation and if you know the password you can tell me. I have tried and tried many times and I don’t know how and with the prisoners issue is when I have to recruit one of the two sides and how do I get the secondary mission?
