You have to feed that white girl in the high school all the cheerleaders and the leader/boss fight in chapter 1 (by fighting/defeating them, then talking to her again). Then in chapter… 2 I think it is, when you go back to the high school and help with Priya’s thing, you eventually get to where she tries to impress Mike again, bringing you to that very scene.
