I really like the last idea on here, about an older, almost “secretary” type character to give the player a rundown at the start of the game, and it gave me a few ideas ( apologies for the wall of text, but hopefully you’ll find a few useful things in here)
First of all, as much as I enjoy the game in its current state, I really like when weight gain games have some sort of thorough-line- instead of dropping in and making girls fat left and right, what if the MC has a genuine motive as well? (Besides being horny)
Our “tutorial character” could give us some rundown on the lore. What if WcDonald’s was just a new chain starting out? What if WcDonald’s was unsuccessful due to the notoriously good healthy lifestyle of the city’s inhabitants?
Maybe MC’s company might be part of WcDonald’s parent company, working on managing the restaurants, and they’re currently struggling, based on the franchise’s bout of poor performance.
Miss Tutorial Character could tell us all this, and suggest finding out how to get the city people to be more receptive to fast food and eat more (outside of office hours).
With that in mind, the objective of the game goes from fattening 4 or so characters to fattening the entire town. The average “city weight” could be raised each time you make a girl go up a weight stage (or gains weight in general), and could affect dialogue, etc. Maybe at routine intervals or certain city weight thresholds characters would comment on how they’re slightly fatter than their friends, or how they’re friends are getting fat too… something something bad habits rubbing off
Maybe occasionally after entering a location we’ll be treated to a text description describing the appearance of a random girl or scene the MC sees that signifies the current “city weight”. (Ie- some girls doing yoga vs a fat girl walking past with a burger in each hand). Silhouettes would be great for this but I understand that would be a lot of work
Higher city weights would naturally lead to pay raises at certain thresholds, as well as maybe being tied to Miss Tutorial’s weight stages (and special events with her? Who knows). Maybe with each city threshold passed, the MC could have new options to fatten the town (bigger menu items, new fattening locations, maybe more vending machines across town, all of which the MC would have to pay a fee for to earn, of course). Maybe you could choose to have more employees, and unlock a new character this way. Just a thought
But yeah, these are just some ideas I had. Most of them are very text based, but imo I think it could lead to more in depth gameplay. Either way, I’m looking forward to what the next update has in store
