After downloading the ME3Tweaksmodmanager, how do you launch the mod manager?
This video explains how. My mod must be installed by drag and drop since is not on nexus.

I got the mod to work, and I’m enjoying large Tali, but I do notice a little clipping around her hands and waist. I hope you’ll consider doing more characters for the rest of ME:LE, or continue Tali’s mod through ME2 and 3. Thank you for showing this to me.

I do, Is just that I want to focus on one mod project at a time or else I’ll burnout/crash. When I start working again on ME, I want to do all female companions and female Shepard across all games and make the mods properly.

Unfortunately, it won’t work together since it also changes the meshes of Tali.
