Well the character drinks the potion, but the potion doesn’t take up any space in the stomach
One potion take less space then 1 point of Fullness, so from a gameplay point of view I can’t see any practical reason to make potion take space in stomach.
think of it in a way do to her orc blood her metabolism is so fast that unless its solid food or think liquids its pretty much gone the moment it reaches her stomach
