About the bug, more specifically it only occurs if you choose Math as your subject to go into, both English and Science work with no major issues.
Well, I guess I will be choosing a different major at the beginning.
Ok, math is the only game breaking bug. If you choose english or science you can play the game.
But there is still something thats confusing me: When I choose english I meet Lana and can join a club and find a job (I waited to get the bakery).
But when I choose Science I meet Nikki and don’t get to join a club but I can work at the bakery. Also I get Nikkis number but she is always busy.
Is there really no club when choosing science? Is it normal for Nikki to always be busy?
You can get a club when choosing Science, it’s a random chance on whether you’re asked about it after the your first class each day, and yes, Nikki is always busy but she can call you sometimes when you choose to lounge around.
Hm… that random chance is either very low or I have really bad luck. I’m in week 4 with science and no club so far.
Thx for the tip with lounging around.
Really hope to fatten some of the roommates further eventually, especially Faith :,)
Update! which you can read the contents of which in the original post
Hey - whenever I try to head to class on the first ‘real’ day at 8am, I get the below error that I can’t bypass:
- Not remember where it happened.
- This happened after I tried to go to Maia room, and yes, all three happened at ones. [spoiler]
3. It happened when I get in someones room (probaply not Maia)
5. When I tried to get a job.
I also recall seeing a line of code that refers to a typo, line 10574 calls for “set Faifat to Faitfat +1”, with Faitfat being undefined.
a couple other instances where Maia is referred to as Mia and Faith is Fiath, minor but stuck out enough to be notable.
Also a bit confused on the Dorm vs New Dorm hubs, I can’t seem to figure out what triggers ending up in one or the other, as progressing normally seemed to have me bounce between them and their respective scenes a few times.
The game has been quite fun and I definitely appreciate the frequency and size of the updates! Keep up the great work!
