Not a bad guess at all, but I’m afraid you’re wrong too.
An ex of one of the characters will show up at some point in the future, but this girl isn’t an ex

@tiggertoo if we suggest it’s the MC’s ex gf in the picture enough will it become canon?
Haha, no. I already have her story fleshed out to quite an extent, so I’m afraid not.
You’ll just have to wait and find out whose ex it is that makes an appearance
(Yeah, I’m still evil)
@tiggertoo It would be neat if it ends up being Alice’s ex that shows up. His reaction to her weight gain and the way she if flaunting it should be good.
Regarding the picture, I’m wondering if it’s the MC’s sister. They appear to have the same hair color.
Maybe we find out that the women in his family are on the large side, which is why the MC is attracted to larger women. The sister doesn’t want to end up like the rest of the women in the family and is trying not to get fat, making her the thinnest woman in the family despite her current size. Spending some time with MC and Alice could convince her to stop fighting it and embrace her weight, whatever it ends up being.
@tiggertoo this was probably said already but you’re not going to be doing various updates like you did in the past but a single final updates once this game is done correct?
@GrimRyu This is correct tiggertoo has stated thier plan is to release an update once the project is done. Which would be the final buyable version of the finished game.
I have actually been wavering a little lately towards going back to putting out each version as it’s finished, but I know that if I do, the pirates will be all over it straight away, my motivation will drop like a stone again and that will almost certainly be it for good this time. So, the safest thing to do is just to wait until it’s finished before publicly releasing any further versions.
@Krodmandoon is right again!
Good guess, but she’s not the MC’s sister.
In fact, she’s not related to anyone in the game.
yeah thats the best option and it allows you to put as much time as you need into the game since you said you weren’t nowhere near done if im right
That’s true. No more working 20 hours a day to try and hit impossible deadlines I’m very much enjoying going at my own speed.
That said, I’m still getting lots done, but the next version is going to be a biggy. April at the very very earliest.
The main benefit of releasing more updates is a) people will literally give you some money (but not a ton) and b) testing for bugfixes
You sound like you don’t value a) that much compared to your own sanity and b) well just because you release a final version of the game doesn’t mean you can’t release five tiny hotfix bugfix style patches like v1.01f or whatever. Final version just means the content and plot are done, you can still fix all the typos this thread can find for you (which I reckon will be plenty.)
The money would be nice, of course, but realistically, I know that the game will get pirated and I’ll quit for good. This is the only way I have a fighting chance of finishing the game.
The plan is, once I have the next version ready, to get perhaps half a dozen people to test it thoroughly. With a bit of luck they’ll catch all the major bugs and I can go forward to the next version fairly confident that there aren’t any huge problems that I’ve missed.
I know I would rather have you finish the game and develop it the way you intend rather than having early versions leak due to pirating again and kill wanting to finish the game. So I’m game for whatever makes that easiest for you to accomplish. Especially since the game being completed is a long ways off.
While normally I would agree with more releases, getting the occasional pics posted in Ko-if (especially if you plan to post pics from the game)
But of course, if waiting a little bit longer for the final product means you’ll be able to stay motivated to keep working then I’m more than happy to wait as long as necessary. (Although you’re accepting applications for version tester I’ll happily help out as I used to do a little side work as a game tester)
Are there any weight stages beyond 300 pounds because Ive gotten alice to 300 pounds and Im not sure if there is
There is a few events after 300, but as of right now that’s as far as it goes in terms of growth
I’ve played through again, purposefully trying to break the game and can’t find any major bugs. Still can’t get over how well this game runs.
The game will let you know if you’ve reached the end. It has an end screen. If you didn’t see that screen, there’s more content and another weight stage (since I think 0.7 ends with her last stage)
Did you thought about putting animation in the kofi page🤣 i would suscribe😏
I am now replaying the game with the help of Save editor online because Alice cost too much…
And some time feeding alice seams a bit long and repetitive…
I’ll make less money this way for sure, but at least my motivation won’t get sucked away by the pirates again. And I have to admit it feels GOOD to stick two fingers up at all the pirates who whined that I was only in this for the money and was just using them as an excuse to quit.
@kul15 The lack of bugs is partly down to luck (I hadn’t nearly finished testing the ‘final’ version when it got leaked and I gave up), but mostly down to everyone who reported bugs in the earlier versions. This game is way, way bigger than I ever envisaged. There’s no way on earth I could test it all myself.
@heavyweaponsguy You’ll know when you’ve hit the current end. You’ll get a big black screen with ‘to be continued’ on it. You can play beyond that point, but there’s nothing else to see and the only things you’re likely to find afterwards are bugs as it hasn’t been tested at all beyond that point
@ero646545 I get asked a fair bit about adding animation to the game, but I think that’s the first time someone has requested it on the Ko-fi page. It’s something I’d like to do, but even if I had the time to learn how to use it (I may not be working every spare hour that I have on the game these days, but I’m still putting a lot of time in!), I simply don’t have the computer power. My PC is rendering almost 24 hours a day seven days a week producing images as it is. I’ve even been using my work Mac at the weekends for a little extra image production (don’t tell my boss!)
I’d strongly advise against using a save editor. Some of the events in the game rely on more than just one variable, and unless you know exactly what you’re doing, you may well break something.
