So I’m playing on android using joiplay, for some reason after like day 27 regardless of what I do the call icon disappears right after I get the pic in panties and stockings, and just won’t come back, I went to like day 54 and it didn’t reappear. Is this an unavoidable problem of using joiplay for this game or is there a fix?
@transbirther As it says in the first post of the thread (directly below the download links), I’m not offering any support to mobile users until/unless I produce a native mobile version. Joiplay does seem to cause a few problems with the game, which I’ve tried to sort out in the past, but it’s kind of guesswork seeing as I’ve never used Joiplay myself.
That said, it does sound like you’ve hit on a very rare (so rare I’ve been unable to replicate it) bug. Refering to the first post again, @Krodmandoon has kindly provided an excellent walkthrough of the game, which includes advice in the FAQ section on what to do if you encounter this bug. If you’re still struggling after that, your best option is simply to restart the game from scratch.
@wolf_king23 It’s against forum rules to ask when the next version of something will be ready, but I won’t tell anyone if you won’t 
0.8 has been and gone. It was never a public release, but a shortish (considerably shorter than 0.7) internal test of the recoding of most sections of the game to make it easier for me to work on and debug. I’m now working on 0.81 which is taking me up the end of the current content and beyond. You can get a brief idea of how it’s coming along by looking at the ‘summary’ section in the first post of this thread.

Damn guess I’m “lucky” lol, I’ll try to reinstall the game if it doesn’t work I’ll just wait for an android port, still what little I’ve seen I really like, keep up the good work

Yeah, that bug occurs very near the start of the game. You’ve barely scratched the surface

Probably something related to joiplay, they always make some changes to the way it emulates renpy games. Even with the specific plugin related to the renpy version it will always face any kind of bug or crash while playing games, you should try with older (or recent) versions, maybe one of them will work somehow, but atp with all the changes they made, it might be easier to say than done.

Does anyone here know how to load external save files on mac? I keep getting game over no matter what I do and I want to continue the game.

fwiw, early Prince (Prince, Dirty mind, etc) is something I like more than his most well-known 80s output; depends on how you feel about funk. Controversy would absolutely stand up to a metal-y cover by Primus, Fishbone, or Mordred

I hate to be doom and gloom, but since we may be entering weightgaming’s twilight are there any plans for maybe a Discord server or some other place we can congregate to receive updates and discuss the game?

I do have a Discord server, but TBH, I know very little about how Discord works. @Krodmandoon very generously set it up for me a while back and it’s currently private, only used by people who are helping me test the game.
No plans ATM to make it public. There’s no way I’d be able to find the time to run it properly. I’m not writing Weightgaming off just yet, in any case

The way to avoid that issue is to treat Alice like a human being you actually expect to stay in a relationship with you, rather than a mere food disposal unit. It’s really easy to not lose if you just be a decent person.

Alice is a fictional character, so xosipar814 can’t have done anything wrong to her. You on the other hand were needlessly shitty to a real person, so…

Perhaps that was a little over the top, however - I am quite sick of seeing people clueless over why they got permanently broken up with. It’s not that hard; you just have to treat Alice decently. If you can’t do that… that’s a ‘you’ problem, and I shouldn’t have to tip-toe on broken glass to say that.

The core of it is that Alice doesn’t start out as an acknowledged Feedee. So you can’t just go into the relationship as a blatant feeder. You need to be subtle about it. Take it easy until she’s ready for you to go hard.
Beyond that, compliment her. Don’t tease (again, until she’s ready for it). Pay for dates. Be a nice guy.

I do look forward to the “how are we doing” feature that’s been mentioned a couple times seems like it will be really handy knowing how the relationship stands. I’m also just gonna have fun trying to squeeze all the different dialogue options out of a new feature

There’s a lot to love with this game! I’m a big fan of the relative realism and slow pace along with the game’s willingness to cover some topics that tend to get swept under the rug in other WG dating sims.
With that said, I think right now the amount of day-to-day content isn’t quite enough to support the expected pace of progression. More than new chapters, I’d love it if we got more interactions and events that fall within the existing game’s timeframe. The repetition becomes especially jarring given how many of the dialogues feel like they involve characters coming to conclusions for the first time or making jokes, both of which get old fast when repeated.
The other thing I’d love to see more of would just be a bit more consequences for the player’s options to cheat so blatantly and with so many others. It feels a bit odd that a game that goes to such great lengths to model a more realistic relationship also seems not to have any drawbacks to infidelity.
Summary
Clearly, a key part of the solution is to eventually reveal Alice has been sneaking around with Sarah the whole time.
