Try clicking on the stomach in the bottom right of the screen. That should pop out a little display that has current weight and fullness.
i’m sorry for what i said earlier demanding more content in terms of cutscenes, i hope the dev does get a well deserved rest and if they wish to make any future projects, i hope that i get to enjoy them

There is a lab in that game where you can change your appearance, so you can look thinner if you need to.

I think I reached a point where I am unable to progress and I am unsure of what to do to be able to continue. Either I have to take one more shot of the Breast Expansion stuff or get more ranks in the Eating Competition for something new to happen.
If I remember it right, you have to win the eating competition.
