I second the wall-clinging issue. Other than that, feels good to play so far.
Yeah I agree that the wall cling is way too strong, changed it so that you can only start walk clinging when running, shoulddddd play a bit better now
I’ve been super interested in this, and have been meaning to play it for a while. Sadly can’t get it to work on linux and see it myself, but from the sounds of it everyone thinks this prototype is very promising!! Can’t wait to try to give it another shot in the future, and I’m lookinng forward to what you do next!! ^w^

Holy shit thank you!!! Btw your WG version of G&W Chef is also really cute!! I love how in the later WG the food bounces off of his butt and belly and all of the art is AMAZING

In terms of art for the game currently only RushRabbit is on the team (she’s making some of the character designs), but once their designs are finalised I’ll look for some more artists to make sprites and art!!

OH thank you so much, both for the compliment and HTML version!! Got to play it and it looks very promising so far!! A lot of the mechanics you would expect are already there, and the controls already feel pretty nice despite still being in pre-alpha. Also the transformations seem fun, I can imagine in my head how they might look with some new sprites!
(There was a bug with using WASD where I couldn’t jump when holding ‘run’ and ‘A or D’, it’s pre-alpha though so it’s expected)
That’s cool, I can’t wait to see the designs whenever she finishes them up! I’d be interested in helping with some art too, but I’ve got my personal game project on top of another upcoming one I’m working on with someone else. So I don’t know if I’d have the time and energy to lend a hand.

Btw, I saw some of your animations on FA an they looked amazing and really smooth, exactly what I’m looking for!! And you mentioned a Wario Land inspired game? I’m curious to see what that was like.

Thank you! I also did the art and animations in Brewing Cat, our submission for this years gain jam. People seemed to like the animation I did in that too.
Yeah! It’s gonna be a game about a goo gal named… Googal… I have a character folder on FA for her filled with game concept art and all that, although some of it may be outdated with the current ideas I’ve been having for it. I’ve been saving it for when I have a few other games made and under my belt, as I want to experiment and get wacky with the mechanics, and I may need a lot more time and experience for that.
