The food forces its way into your mouth, forcing you to chew and swallow. Then, the process repeats... And repeats... And repeats... After a few seconds, a pair of the pastry people from the ruins opened the door, carrying a large platter of food. Yes, it would seem that you certainly will be here for a while... You wake up in your crumb-covered bed, feeling hungry for breakfast. As you try to get up, though, you notice that you're having more trouble lifting your weight than usual. In fact, you cannot lift your weight anymore. As you're struggling and hopelessly trying to lift your immobile body, the Lipomancer enters your room. *"My my, has my little pig gotten too big to move~?"* You sheepishly nod, a bit embarrassed. *"Well that explains why you haven't come out to eat your breakfast yet. You had me worried there~"* Several of the Lipomancer's servants enter the room with platters of all sorts of breakfast foods. *"Don't worry though, my little pig, that just means we'll just have to feed you breakfast in bed~"* And so, from then on, you get breakfast in bed... ...And lunch in bed...And dinner in bed...And dessert in bed... ...In fact, you eventually just had a constant stream of servants bringing you food, feeding you as you grew bigger and bigger... ...Eventually, you grew too big to even feed yourself, and the servants would have to feed you themselves. Occasionally, you would accidentally eat one of the food-servant's hands while they stuffed you. Can we talk about something?" The Lipomancer asked, sitting down with you. "You see dear, I had a deal with the village. I used my powers to provide their farms with bountiful harvests. In return, they would seek out greedy adventurers and send them into my ruins, where I would test their willpower." The Lipomancer started to explain. Well, that would certainly explain why the villagers didn't seem too terribly fearful for their lives. "Of course, every single adventurer that has tried to fight me has failed. Each and every one succumbed to their greed, doomed to remain deep within the ruins... Until you arrived." "When you starved yourself with those wretched potions, I felt pity for you, dear. So I decided to give you a different kind of test. I took you in, and attempted to fatten you up myself. Yet, you didn't succumb to your greed, nor did you try to starve yourself once more. In fact, you've passed your test." The Lipomancer stood up, towering over you, and lended you her hand. "I believe there is a power in you. A power that, with some help, we can mold into a most powerful talent. Join me, Adventurer, and I will teach you the ways of Lipomancy." Will you join the Lipomancer? The Lipomancer then goes back to her cheerier, motherly self. "Goodbye dear, and make sure to keep a healthy appetite~!" She says. On the bright side, the chances of you starving to death are incredibly low. Honestly, the thought that whatever happened to them could've happened to you is a bit scary. There doesn't seem to be much down in these catacombs, as far as you can tell from what you've seen, so the trek is fairly unevenful. You aren't exactly sure *where* in the ruins you are, but can still see the Lipomancer's tower as a frame of reference, so you can guess which way you need to be going. (display: "pitfalltravel")Double-click this passage to edit it.You are a bit shocked by what you see in the mirror. Despite everything, you are shockingly underweight. Your figure is quite sickly looking and skeletal, and your face looks ghastly and sunken. You know you've been trying to watch your waistline, but you're thinking you might need to loosen up a bit. You know, like what your clothes have been doing.From what you can see, there is hardly a single pound of fat on your body. In fact, whatever far you had from before you arrived in the Ruins also seems to be missing. On a more concerning note, it also feels like you've been losing a bit of muscle now that your body doesn't have any fat to burn. Maybe a little bulking up wouldn't hurt right now?You're looking like you're in good shape at the moment. You have your Adventurer's figure, and you don't have too much fat on your body. You decide to do a few poses in the mirror to confirm this.You can see that you've got a noticable amount of pudge on your body at the moment. When you flex your arms, you can still make out your muscles, but you definitely look more soft than muscular otherwise. You give a few parts of you body a squish to confirm what you're seeing in the mirror.It's quite chubby at the moment, to be honest. You've got an obvious gut and you can see you're forming a double chin. You squish your belly a little and sigh. The Ruins have definitely left their mark on you. You suppose things could be worse though...Your body is pretty plump at the moment, hardly the Adventuring body that you used to have. Pretty much every part of your body is squishy now. You can see that your stance is wider than it would be thanks to your plush thighs. With a sigh, you lift your sagging belly a little and drop it back down, causing it to jiggle a little. You're definitely gonna need to work hard to get this weight off when this adventure is finally over...That figure is definitely not a very in-shape one, is it? You try to do some poses and flexes to find your muscles, but the best you can do is see a bit of your biceps. Every time you change your pose, your fat jiggles. Yep, you're definitely quite fat now. Well, on the bright side, your chest and rear have been growing with the rest of your body......You can hardly tell that you're an Adventurer now. No matter what pose you make, you can't see any signs of muscles (aside from the fact that you're carrying all this fat, of course). Worse yet, making those poses actually feels a bit like exercise now, rather than just posing. You can see that your double chin is starting to consider forming a triple chin, and your breasts are starting to sag under their weight and resting on your gut, which has also decided to join the doubling-up bandwagon.You look quite strained, to be honest. But that makes sense, considering just how heavy you look. Your chin has decided that it wants to go all in on being triple, and your belly is beginning to look more like a really thick and fleshy apron with how big it is. Your rear and legs have also gotten quite thick. Actually, all of your body has become wider in general. Basically, you've gotten really big.You actually have to take a few steps back to see the entirety your rotund body in the mirror, which isn't a good sign. Your gut now covers the tree trunks that you call your thighs, which has been making it that much harder to waddle along. You can also clearly see why you've been getting stuck in doors more often, as your waist and rear are quite significant. Of course, that's not even mentioning the rest of your body, which has been growing as well. Your neck is almost completely dominated by your chins, and your cheeks have become quite fluffy. Your arms are at least twice as thick as a person's legs--maybe even three or four times--making reaching for things a hassle you try to avoid. Your chest is certainly large, but they are definitely losing their perk...You notice from your reflection that you are breathing heavily, depsite having stopped to catch your breath. You have become utterly corpulent as of late, and the mirror makes no effort to hide that fact. Your form completely dominates the mirror with how wide it is. Your legs are thicker than some people's torsos (except yours, obviously).Your arms have become incredibly heavy, making reaching for things more straining.
