Alright, let’s have another go.
Finally, I think I can announce the release date of 1.2 update: the end of November. Though this time I’m going to preface this statement with a warning: sadly, development time is non-linear, so there is a possibility that I’ll bury myself under some of the bugs and the update will take longer than I anticipated.

Here’s the updated status screen that gets unlocked through a Bacchus screen. Galina and Lera should have different figures, and the stomach will accurately reflect it’s size and fullness. The next weight stages, as well as Lera’s ones, will be available on Patreon and Boosty.

Happy to have a rough timeframe, best of luck sticking to it! Is the update primarily the addition of Lera or are there more general expansions to the Bacchus content?

The new status screen looks very good, it would be nice to have the ability to ‘rotate’ the portrait so you could see them from behind as well though that does increase the workload on your artist. Also, it could be cool to have additional info added to the screen depending on what perks you have e.g. if you have the ones that make the girls health worse there could be escalating health effects listed/described (the reverse could also be true if you have the health improvement perk, featuring Kirill marveling at how there aren’t problems)

Rotating yes, the bad health, not so much. My opinion though, but I still feel that the rotating is a more important feature that would encapsulate more people if you get what I mean.

Yeah, it is mostly Lera, though there will be 3 more Galina pool dates as well as various little changes (like voice over or this stats screen).

Yeah, I have this addition in mind, though it will not come out next update. It’s 2x the workload for the artist, and 11 weight stages (7 Galina 4 Lera) is already a lot.

That’s a neat idea. I was thinking of writing just good/ok/bad health as it is now, but this might be much more interesting.

Sadly (or not) these are aspects done by different people. Rotation would be made by artists (while the code for rotation would be very easy) and the bad health would be made by a writer and a coder (me). So, we can implement both of these options.

I have some good news! I think I fixed this damn bug which randomly bricks dialogues. I’m not sure about all the instances in which the game breaks, but my fix really did help in the occurances I managed to replicate. Furthermore, I’ve also fixed stretchmarks into being optional again.

How do i get galina to gain weight?

By gifting her food and drink in the classroom. Do it enough times and she will put on weight. If you’re playing the patreon version there are a few other options and some more weight stages.

I guess where you are going with this is that it would be an interesting mechanic that you would have to get the girls fatter while taking care of their health. While I can see how that can be an interesting mechanic, personally, I am not really into bad health and just like focusing on girls having their assets get bigger.

I am going to entertain this health idea. Like you can give them food that is healthier, but has a downside as supposed to purely fattening foods (like less calories or more expensive). You can spend time with the girl to exercise to train up their muscles. Doing both of these would make getting the girl fatter take longer, but she would be able to walk and still be cable of some stuff at bigger sizes, along with other special events. For example, if Melina (just because :smirk:) became strong and healthy, you could see her walking around at humongous sizes and even be strong enough to somewhat use her own weight. And because she can walk around, you can get exclusive scenes like seeing her having such massive assess that just her boobs or butt alone get jammed in a pretty wide door. And further more, if she is strong/healthy enough, she can just throw her weight to break through the frame (as supposed to getting a bunch of people to help). Maybe scenes like that can cause additional effects, Like after breaking through the frame and seeing Yeletsky’s reaction (like I don’t know, maybe she sees him a bit red, stumbling his words a bit, maybe even watch as the tent in his pants rise up), she becomes more infatuated with getting fatter. She is an analyst, of course she isn’t really that strong to start off. So maybe her lumbering around with so much weight and such heavy assets gives her a sense of power, and she gets turned on seeing how intoxicating and exotic her larger curves are becoming to her lover. With this, she becomes even more invested in Yeletsky and gaining weight to further enhance her already voluptuous body.

That being said, I would highly recommend on focusing on the pure weight gain aspect. Start of small, and then work your way up. Finish the base/core of the game, and then work on adding features ( that way, you can reduce chances of things getting messy). Though, you guys are the developers, and everyone has their own ways of working. Do what you guys think is best, while still listening to some feedback. As they say, the developers should understand their game more than the players, that way they know which feedback will work out or not.

It seems like you may be overthinking this - the health decline aspect is already in game as a perk under the Bacchus Tree. IIRC currently it just adds some additional lines of dialogue to the roster and a general status (good, poor, etc.), all this would change is adding some additional information to the status screen that gives greater depth for those who have taken that perk. If it’s not something you personally want to deal with you would just avoid taking that perk just like currently. Key has done a very good job of integrating more niche fetishes in an optional manner so that players can choose to engage with them or not.

Additionally, as Key has said, there are different bottlenecks to development and adding some text to the status screen is unlikely to be a blocker for further additions/development since it doesn’t require new art assets or feature integration.

THANK GOD! In games like these, I always like saving in different slots for different moments so that I can instantly replay those moments again whenever I feel like instead of having to rush through the start to get to it again.
