Abdomen Expansion

Hi, Abdomen Expansion is my first game! I made this game in around 2 months as my first game as I learn the free and open-source Godot Engine.

Abdomen Expansion is a minimalist inflation pregnancy clicker game where you click and click until her belly grows.

HOW TO PLAY

As I’ve mentioned, this game is a simple minimalistic clicker game.

However, that’s only on the surface!

This game has a “Birth” feature in which you effectively reset the game in exchange for a permanent boost. You have two options on this:

  • ASSIMILATE: Each point of this gives a permanent bonus auto clicker.
  • CONSECRATE: Each point of this gives an increase to all upgrades.

I hope you guys support me on this game! More updates will come soon!

And again there is “weight-gain” tag in post when there is no weight gain in the game…

Fixed. Sorry about that :pensive:

Ran into a serious bug, I’m not sure what happened. Something (some menu)popped up while I was clicking, I clicked it by accident, it deleted my file. Happened around the 1.5m~ mark.

Cool concept, though I’m not sure you’ll find much of an audience for it here of all places with a lack of weight gain in it.

this is great! I was hoping to get into game dev with godot, do you have any tutorials/resources that helped you while you worked on this?

Technically, they are gaining weight, but not entirely through an increase of fat. Although there would be some fat gained in pregnancy. I’m here for the pregnant content. Keep it coming.

While I can appreciate the hustle, I don’t think this is at the stage where you can charge for a full version just yet.

Also, it’s nice to see a clicker game for this site that actually has some change to the character

I like it, will check back for further updates.

Interesting game. It’s pretty fun but the most I’d pay for a clicker is like $5 considering the amount of pain my hand will be in without using an autoclicker. Most games solve this by eventually making the automation stronger than manual clicking while still making manual clicking at least worth doing.

I would suggest rather than having the player simply spam click, have them click certain spots that jump around the area. This keeps it interesting and hopefully reduces the amount of people you send to the doctor with carpal tunnel syndrome.

Perhaps also add some flavor text or more audio as that helps a lot.

Also, congratulations on learning the superior game engine.
