I have never made topics so please bear with me, While scrolling around the Fat knights topic I clicked on the twitter and I found another game that they favorited and its also a weight gain browser game with side-scrolling. The social media only has this game posted as its one post.
This game does not have an english toggle in the config but here is the synopsis. You play as Noeli, a girl who got caught up in a mysterious fate, and have Fabo, a mysterious robot who supports her follow along with you, the goal is to explore this world getting larger as you go along and you have to guide her properly to the end of this world, her weight can hold you back or what drives you forward.
I played through and found the game is rather short so I think this is either a demo or them trying their hand for the first time. What is here I like, it’s a neat little concept shown at the end where weight change is stance shifting for weapons.

They released a new update continuing the story for a bit. You would need to start from the beginning but they changed their progression for combat to center around standard levels and equipment with some hotbar slots for items to be slotted in for use and weight is no longer tied to weapons, weight has its own bar under the hp bar.
