seeing as the graphics are very good I’d doubt there’d be mods where you can stuff and inflate innocent civilians. Just asking because I thought the same thing about fallout 4 until I saw a mod for that

OMG, I know, Right? I have GTA V on console, but I wished the game had “Statistics” like GTA San Andreas did, and one of them was FAT, I could’ve made my custom female character get Extra-Thicc by making her eat nothing but Pizza or Hot Dogs.
Look how skinny she looks! She could’ve at least have a nice pudge with all the snacks that I given her to restore health.

The closest we have probably is the fat bikini NPC (a_f_m_fatcult_01)
I’ve tried modding that before but I know literally nothing of blender and could’nt wrap my head around UV’ing so I gave up. Should be easy for someone with experience
I don’t really know much GTA V weight gain mods. But I think there are some FiveM plugin or mods or whatever they call it that allows you to play as a fat character, but I think it’s just the clothing that makes you look fat.
