But in seriousness, not that I know of. Assuming you mean full-on dragons and not like. ‘Girls with dragon features’, too.

I am currently working on a physics-based, player-wg, dragon-protag exploration game. This is my first time telling anyone about it, actually. I plan on making a discord server where I will share progress updates, but it will be a long time in the making. I am using box2d and have many ambitious ideas for it, including lots of character customization options. Here is a screenshot of the working physics model with a working walking animation. (Currently working on meshed textures, the green points you see are what I have for the anchors so far.) I’ll make a page for it here at some point, when I have more to show for all my effort.

I am very, very interested to see where this goes.
Feed The Dragon by BubbleBloat is still in development, although they are balancing that with developing another game at the same time so progress is slow. New builds get released on their Patreon though if you’re interested.
i do not know how to code i tried to learn but i never finished the course i can draw and to answer your second question i prefer humanoid but regular dragons can work
