Hi all following feedback from a previous post I made a few months back, I decided to draw everything myself rather than using AI to make up for my deficit in skill. This gif is something I have poured at least 15 hours or more into and I am looking for feedback (hopefully constructive) so that when I come to make other assets the art can be better. I have never spent this much time on a single piece of art before but this is something that is going to be used in the currently still unannounced game I am making.
(Edit: It helps if I actually add the gif)

It looks good, for a start this is the best thing that can be done I think
I think you’re skilled enough to keep making art for your game, if that’s what you’re asking. The neck is pretty thin to begin with. I’d widen it by a pixel or two. For extra credit come up with some hues between skin and berry and use those on the edge of the TF.
Hey, I remember your original post. You made great progress.
Though, I want point out that if it took you 15 hours, then it’s gonna take you forever to make a game with this level of art. I’d recommend either making a small game (like a Tetris clone, where the character on the side changes depending on how well you’re doing)
I don’t mean to be discouraging. I just feel like I am in a similar position and wanted to share my thought process. I’ve been learning drawing for one and a half years and a (relatively) good drawing takes me too much time. I’ve made some progress on this front in the last couple of months, but speeding up the process really isn’t that easy. If I could move back in time, I’d go for a simpler project to build some audience, while polishing my drawing skills on the side.
Lastly, I’d like to recommend some literature. I can’t praise drawabox.com enough. Although most people think that it’s “too difficult/boring”, it really helps you improve a lot. I’ve also recently came across Bridgman’s books that seem like something I’ve been looking for a long time, i.e. simplification of the human body for stylized drawings, with more depth than your usual “anatomy” YT video.
Good luck on your journey!
I think it looks really good. It’s absolutely usable as is. If I was going to give constructive criticism I think the breasts look kinda flat once she is topless. Unfortunately I’m not an artist so I can’t tell you how to make it better.
I think your doing a great job. Good luck on improving.
