Sorry, but I don’t really understand what you are saying. Yeah, I’m pretty aware that it only affects Tav aka the Player Character. But there’s that screenshot of Lae’zel and Shadowheart, which suggests that the author of the mod might’ve added modifications to the mentioned Origin Characters. That’s why I asked, if I just missed something or it’s false and they just probably used a custom Tav preset for those screenshots.

For everyone who isn’t that into modding, in order to use Plus Size Tav with the other Companions, get Appearance Edit Enhanced (Appearance Edit Enhanced at Baldur's Gate 3 Nexus - Mods and community) AND Appearance Edit Origins, as well as all of the bits and bobs to get that working like Improved UI and Script Extender. Then cast Resculpt with each companion to give them a body of a Tav, selecting their proper head. And there you are.
Then should you want different heads, heads are separate entity to bodies, so if you want chubby faces, grab a different mod that does that.

So, it might help to think of entities in games as more like paper dolls, where you can mix and match different parts. Since heads exist separately from bodies, you can freely mix and match any head from any mod you like. For instance, the heads from this mod (Chubby-Thicc-BBW female bodies and clothes at Baldur's Gate 3 Nexus - Mods and community) will work just fine
The only thing you have to pay attention to is the internal logic of the game, where the plus size body mod edits Body Type 1 from humans / elves / half-elves / tieflings / githyanki, so only heads that a modder made for that body type will show up in the list of heads when you are choosing heads. But other than that, any head you like.

Can someone please help me? Every time I try to resculpt using the appearance edit enhanced mod it always just makes a clone of the companion
is there anything like this for men? The only mods of fat men I can find are dragonborn, I want a fat male human. The only fat male mod for anything not dragonborn is out of date. I genuinely can’t believe male mods are this scarce. Nobody into men plays this game? It doesn’t help that like every mod (for women) doesn’t specify it’s for women in the title, as if people don’t consider that some fat admiers like anything but women.

mods are not made for individuals; they are made generally by people making things for themselves that they choose to share. It sucks but so does demanding people do xyz in their spare time

just downloaded the mod. Is anyone aware of any fixes for textures? my characters body texture is all kinds of wonky when i remove armor/
You didn’t install the mod all the way.
First, check the in-game mod manager and make sure that the shader mod is active.
If that doesn’t fix it, you might have done the install wrong. You need to move the “Generated” folders from the Plus-size Tav Loose folder and from the Unique Tav Data folder into the Data folder of your BG 3 install.
If you’ve done all of the above and it still doesn’t work, you may be out of luck.

The fat Tav mod works great, and with the fat faces mod it works even better.
Seems like editing your companion’s origins fucks up how they’re supposed to function in-game. Instead of Lae’zel being herself, she acts like a Tav that looks like Lae’zel.
I think the best way to enjoy the mods we have is to just play as fat Tav, and not touch anything else. I had dreams of playing as a man and fucking my fat companions, but it looks like I’m going to have to settle for picking a man to fuck fat Tav.
I’ll take it, for how much this game caters to different forms of sexual expression I was really disappointed to see the lack of fat horniness.
Edit: The creator of PlusSize Tav made a similar mod for Origins Shadowheart. Just wanted to let y’all know.

I don’t know if you were replying to me or not, but I wasn’t demanding the creator to make a male version, I was simply asking if anyone knew of a mod that allows me to be a fat male human.
