It just the up and down arrows as far as I can tell, you control the girl that is poking the blonde to try and make her stop holding in her stomach when the guys walk up.
You have to do it 3 times and there is about a 4-5 sec window on the third attempt when the guy needs to be looking at the blonde for it to count. don’t know if the game includes an ending or if it just that. Seems to just stop after a while. Neat project, I got a score of 8 before the game kicked me back to the main menu.
Quick tip, if you time it right and you, the girl blocking the path, and the guy all meet up and block each other the guy will double back and look at the blonde again, gives you a point if you get it right. You have to press the down arrow for it to work.
