I am curious, and I know there are other posts out there, but most are kinda dead now. I am curious what would be a good game to have mods for, or a game centered around weight gain? However in my experience, I think mods are the best route, like the Fallout 4 weight gain mod and Skyrim, as it still has the central base game and the weight gain feature, but I wish it had different body morphs and allowed, for example, your character’s limbs to extend to accompany the larger body. I also know Starbound and Rimworld are also great start but they are not 3-dimensional, and their weight gain is more stages than gradual growth.

I would totally tell you to check it out but I stripped down the page because I felt guilty accepting donations for a game that isn’t even out yet.
It’s 3D. Minecraft-ish but with smooth terrain. It’s based on the TerraFirmaCraft mod for Minecraft, which is essentially a mod that totally overhauls the game with more realistic progression with prospecting, changes to ore spawning, changes to taming, more animals, and more. I’m not going for an exact copy, though, just heavily inspired by TerraFirmaCraft.
All of the terrain in the video above is completely editable and procedurally generated, by the way. I made every model and most textures used in it as well. I decided later that I want to make the game a little less stylized, though, so expect some graphical changes in the final version.
I plan on it to be primarily an SFW game with fetish content in little modules that can be easily added or removed from the base game. I focus primarily on gameplay rather than it just being something to quickly… you know. As weird as it sounds, I’m mostly into weight gain and other fetishes because they just feel comfy to me rather than for sexual reasons and I don’t really like having to play some skinny human girl since I’m a cat girl (yes, we exist, and I am heavily suppressing the urge to nya).
Oh and it’s open source. As in, you’re totally free to download and play the game. You’re also totally free to mod the game or even make your own version of the game. You can also propose your changes to the main version. It’s everyone’s game, not just mine.
Anyways, game rant over. The only issue at the moment is that I get severe burnout from working on the character model so if you happen to know any experienced 3D modelers then send them my way. Funding is a little low at the moment but I’m offering pay.
