the download link is available to the original creator, fallboy, in his pixiv from what I remember. You need a tool that unzip Japanese locale .rar/zip; my translation mod hasn’t been work on since last November as I’ve been doing other things than translating other foreign language games.

Well the only translated so far is The House of Fat while The Evil Village & Feeder Fantasy English translation mod is not finish; though you can still play it through the pixiv of the creators, Evil Village & The House of Fat is in Bouyokunikurinn pixiv called 膨欲肉林 and well Feeder Fantasy is Fallboy in Pixiv which is simply his name right there.
Has Fantasy Feeder been updated since September of last year?
