Bucculentus (updated 02-05-2021) Now with movement controls!

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. would be a good guess of what i was thinking of instead of fallout.
Hmmmmmmm
I’m gonna nab some ideas from there too. tyvm!

As per recent polling, im going to change things up a bit
An FPS requires a lot more work than anticipated. (Mainly level design and having interesting decor, PM me if you have experience though)
So im going back to the original idea of making a management life sim with 3D elements.
Since a lot of people seem to like more of a visual novel kind of game.

Sorry for all the delays ^^;;

Went back to the drawing board.
Gave myself an actual direction.

Here’s the result
Hope you folk see the potential in it as i do.

New version in the OP!
It’s the skinny version, but i like to get feedback on the gameplay while i work on the visuals.

Can’t really provide any feedback about the gameplay, because the controls don’t seem to work. Everything I’ve tried doesn’t move the character left or right, so it’s just running in a straight line for all of eternity. Unless there’s something I’m missing, or something broke in the download.

Controls don’t work, or they’re assigned somewhere weird that I don’t have access to.
Also, maybe related, the game is opening SteamVR, which obviously throws a fit at my headset not being plugged in.
Sorry, I’m too lazy to see if I can control the game with my headset, heh.

thats odd, I’ve playtested it locally.
The controls should be only A and D for moving left or right.
I’ll see what i can do.

Found it!
