Can't create new topic in certain categories?

I wanted to create a topic in Project Help specific to Harlowe, for the few out there that use it for twine. But I can’t seem to create a new topic there. It just says I’m not allowed to, but doesn’t provide a reason.

Do I need to earn a specific badge or trust level first before creating a project help topic? Regular vs. member seems like a large gap to achieve?

Or am I just missing something somewhere?

I think it’s that you have to select one of the sub-topics: in your case Game Engines seems appropriate.

Ah, that seems to be it. New to discourse as well, so would have been nice of the grayed out button at the top level suggested selecting a sub-category. I would have figured that was maybe part of the post creating process instead.
