So two week ago i stumbled upon a Firered hack where a few the of pokemon were fat. I was a bit disappointed by the selection and decided to do my best to add some in. I ended up editing some sprites, although admittedly some of them need a re-work + i kept the fat sprites already in, but some slight edits to a few of them.
Nearly all First 40 (pokedex order) pokemon got their sprites. Weedle line is missing theirs and some back sprites were skipped due to limited spacing/difficulty for their sprites. (Ivysaur, Venasuar, Nidorino)
Id like to post the IPS patch later, but would like to see if the Mods would be fine with it. but for now wanted to see people’s opinion on it and wondered if should change anything in the base game? Example 1. change the Pokemon’s name to something else, Butterfree → Blubberfree/ButterFlab, or change weaker pokemon stats (or give players an evolite) in case they want to use their favorites without having to worry about evolving them/replacing them
