Does anyone know of comic strip/book makers that allow for changing the weight of the characters along with other customization?

Welcome to the forums! Though I’m a little confused by the question. Are you asking about authors who permit these changes and are aware of the requester’s intent to an extent, or just asking out of general politeness towards the author?
I mean like online applications or websites.
