dumb idea i had, feel free to take it if anyone wants to
story: TL;DR you are a slime that grows an iota of a braincell. you get the idea to drop “slime seeds” into people(IE cute girls) drinks, so they become hosts to grow more slimes. also key note, when i say “girls” i kinda mean “women in general”
gameplay: you have a girl in front of you, click her to grow “slime”, spend slime for more upgrades to either improve manual slime generation or auto slime generation. current slime amount determines belly size, spent slime amount determines weight gain size. at half max size, you can move on to the next girl(or just keep bloating the girl you’re currently on). one upgrade would be a “spend this to just decrease belly/increase weight” just so you don’t run out of options

“popping?” i’m honestly against popping as a fetish, but if whoever picks up the idea wants to, then that’s up to them if they want to include it
“belly noises?” big on this. rumbles, gurgles, and sloshing
“the selection of girls?” my original thought was “fantasy focused” with a bunch of different classes(mage, priest, warrior, sorcerer, ect) and maybe a few cameos of popular characters. but ultimately it’s up to whoever wants to take the idea, so be it fantasy, real life, or just “waifu of the week” it’s their decision.
and that’s about it. you could also make it about a slime girl instead of JUST a slime, but whatever
