With the big update and the DLC out, I’m curious if anyone have made or making a proper fat mod for the game. Thus far the biggest body mod I’ve found is Spawn0’s body mod, but it lacks the belly and actual fat.
I know the “Make V Fat” mod is there, but I’m rather looking for female variant(s).

I’m really surprised this isn’t a thing yet. I’ve searched often too. I’ve even asked some modders. One in particular said they did make a female bbw version but never released it. When I asked why it came down to clothing being the issue. So like you’ve already mentioned all we really have is the thick one. Wish I had the talent to mod cause I’d sure do it.
