I don’t know how to get the mod to work i have installed it and put it into the mods folder and when I started the game and got to hamlet the npc where not fat. where does the mod need to go exactly?
been a while But I think you have to replace the actual Images the mod has in the profile for the NPCS

Honestly surprised that there isn’t many fat darkest dungeon mods. Feels like with what’s already out there, there would’ve already been a few by now.
