so, turns out someones put a desktop MMD dancing girl thing on steam, which has options for custom models
meaning that fat characters are totally an option(assuming someone finds them or makes them)
So, they finally brought this trend back, the Bonzai Buddies of the `20s.

the closest i found was lucoa because she normaly is not the thinest person, i hope somebody makes a cool fat/pregnant/inflated model for this.
also for wallpaper engine also doesnt exist anything of these themes that are good as far as i am aware of
