Not that I’m aware of, unfortunately. I always wanted a game similar to Long Live the Queen with a focus on weight gain. It would be quite epic, I would wager.
Haven’t played Princess Maker, but I think Strumpets might be in the ballpark of what you’re looking for.
It’s a little limited in the shapes your girls (and boys, if that’s your thing) can get, though.
