A weight gain/inflation horror game.
inspired by fear and hunger (and some ideas) I decided to instead think of a Game idea instead of a mod.
Set in the 18th century, the game follows 10 characters, 5 male, 5 females Who have been accused of a crime they may or may not have committed, given the choice between execution or to enter the Forbidden Town of Larine valley, a place Overrun by Rebels, to rescue the Queen of Larine.
(now its not original, but ideas are greatly appreciated)

There are lots of possibilities here, depends on what you want, you could focus on the hike up a mountain town so every kilogram taken by the party can be felt as they ascend to the tower containing the queen.
Enemies focused on trying to fatten you up, etc, it really depends on the story you want to tell and any excuses for the WG and inflation aspects.
Better lay a foundation solid enough to withstand the girth you are undertaking, good luck if you are brave enough to take this project off the drawing board.
