never herd of caveduck before, whats the difference between it an CAI?
Caveduck is unfiltered and has better picture options, but it limits your usage based on a points system. It’s a bit of a pyramid scheme, if you ask me.
Character.AI, on the other hand, has longer description boxes, so you can craft more detailed scenarios. Caveduck is about equal, when it comes to singular characters, but Character.AI is better at creating intricate settings and conditions. Character.AI is likewise better than Caveduck at creating multiple characters in a single bot, such as a party of adventurers or a slew of side characters to interact with a main character.
You’ll find more Caveduck options, around here, since it’s unfiltered (that’s what most people are interested in, after all). Caveduck is also way better with pictures, if you want some imagery to go with the chat. That all said, it’s definitely possible to skirt the filters on Character.AI, it just takes more effort.
