[Fatgeria] Feeding Russian noble girls into immobility!

That’s a hard situation, definitely understandable that you needed some time to yourself after a breakup. I hope you’ll be alright and bounce back!

ah thank you, i thought it was smth like that but apparently it didn’t count if it was anna)

She’s the newest addition that didn’t exist before. I would guess she was not added to Milana’s route prerequisite in the same way Lera and Galina are. I’m not sure if this intentional or an oversight.

Glad you’re still working on things. I kind of wonder how your real life with effect the game’s art in the future. I’m currently testing things and one glitch I noticed is Anna can come to your room despite being gone from the academy. What can you even do with the dorm pass?

I don’t know how to unlock the Galina mini game. Maybe she needs to be even bigger. Milana talks to me like she’s my feedee before she even texts me the special picture if I ask what’s on her mind. I didn’t know Anna had three stages so I’ll have to focus on her next time around.

I’ll continue to give you my feedback and I wish you the best.

My god this art is so fucking good, did your ex girlfriend draw this or did you break up compromise nothing about producing this godlike art ?

And i’m an old subscriber your game is so gold it’s peak fetish content thanks for your hard Work

Awesome game, but im hoping if someone can help me, in my first playtrough i did manage to make Galina grow and she did send messages to me, and also her boyfriend where he tell she is getting fatter and fatter; but now i did try another playtrough and those actions didnt trigger and Galina doesnt send anything even if she grows, someone can help me with what the steps are to replicate that first playtrough? Also i did kill Anna in the first one, and after that she didnt spawn again in any save, even if its a new one. Finally, i have seen in the Cgs that i can make Galina gain stretchmarks, how could i make that? And i have seen that there is also some CG named “healthsprites”, how can i see the characters like that ingame? I know this is a lot and i dont really now if this site is for this, but it was the only place that i could ask, thanks in advance!!

The stretch marks are from an unlockable effect you can get from the Baccha skill tree. It’s on the left on the bottom section.

As for the health stuff I’m not personally doing that but I assume it’s from when you place a basic curse on a girl that tanks their overall health. This game has a lot of extreme fetishes (some aren’t represented) and one controversial weight gain fetish is health issues. It’s something this game represents but of course it’s all player choice. I know not everyone likes burps but I appreciate their inclusion in this game.

I’m still figuring out how to do the funnel stuff.

Thanks! Do you happen to know the steps to make Galina’s romance work correctly? And regarding the funnels, for Milana the option appeared for me after I made her my feedee. With Valeria, after a certain time (and weight gain), she’ll accept her weight gain and want to you to continue feeding her; that’s when she’ll allow you to feed her with the funnel. I don’t know if either of them require anything from the skill tree. (In the save where Valeria allowed the funnel, she was competing with Galina to see who would get the protagonist, so you can keep that in mind)

Ah. I assume that’s late in the playthrough. I just completed the Christmas event and lost to Georgy (it doesn’t matter if you lose or not). I got Valeria to compete in three eating contests with Galina and it’s a good way to grow them fast and get around Lera’s diet debuff. I already made Milana my feedee but she hasn’t reached stage 2 yet. Time will tell.

Milana seems to really dislike Galina but I kind of wonder if she can come to understand her. She considers her a girlfailure but I would argue all the girls are one type of girlfailure or another. Galina is too lazy to be effective and has a bratty side, with her being an opposite flavor of a noble to Milana who behaves like an uncouth commoner. Lera is hopelessly devoted to Kirill and an extremist who sometimes breaks her own beliefs if it means pleasing her beloved. Milana is a fraud who pretends to be a highborn but has weird tendencies that spring from her previous life as a poor English peasant girl. Anna is trying to get by and seems to understand her lot in life, accepting that she’ll never be worth anything until Kirill shows up and (if the player chooses) offers to give her something more.

I would have to boil each girl down into one positive trait and one negative trait:
Galina: +Affectionate -Layabout
Lera: +Loyal -Possessive
Milana: +Kinky -Unromantic
Anna: +Friendly -Self-hatred

New glitch discovered. Galina’s profile picture doesn’t change and it’s all glitched in Georgy’s text after the breakup.

Another glitch: If you save while the “Are you sure?” text box is visible it will stay on the screen, and if Kirill leaves the room it will cling to him indefinitely. Just tried going to bed with the glitch active: doesn’t work, It’s game-breaking. All I was trying to do was add a few extra pounds to Galina since she still hasn’t reached her next weight stage yet. I loaded the save and the above happened. Guess I have to restart. If you’re wondering why I feel urgency to get Galina growing, it’s Day 24. The glitch is on Day 23.

I found another glitch. I reload a save and Kirill just stands in place. Going to the menu and reloading the save seems to fix it. I lost to the Day 24 boss and it’s honestly frustrating how difficult he is when I’m trying to minimize spending on the combat.

Combat glitch: Kirill cannot die to Goncharov and neither can he. Reloading the game.

I don’t get how the exorcism mini game works. Are you supposed to draw the shape over the outline? I just keep getting zero percent and I have no idea what to do

You draw the shape as close to the outline as possible. You can fill it in if you miss anything. If you don’t get 100% I think it counts as nothing.

The issue is there is a random 1% of occurance bug that sometimes breaks this mini-game, I’m still looking into it

Speaking of mini-game, I can’t for the life of me get the feeding games for Galina or Lera to work, and I can’t stuff Milana with liquids like some claim. I have her at stage 3. I think Galina is stage 6. Stage 6 is middle 400s.

Is there a possibility in the next update to see Galina getting bigger?

It’s time to finally step out of the shadows.

I’ll be honest with you: I’m not doing well. My medication dosage has been increased, but I’m in the worst state I’ve been in for a long time. I’m barely making progress on the update, and it weighs on me a lot. I’ve started to feel like I’m not even allowed to post in this thread unless I bring news about 1.53 or at least a list of bugs I’ve already fixed.

At the same time, working on 1.53 has been incredibly draining because of the nature of the update: it’s pure bugfixing. I’m a creator at heart, not a tester. It breaks my heart every time I stumble across one of my own mistakes, knowing that hundreds of people have already seen it in the release version and may have felt ripped off or taken for granted.

Right now, I see only one exit.

No, I am not going to kill myself. What the hell?

And no, I’m not going to stop developing Fatgeria either. Why???

Instead, I’m going to skip version 1.53 and move straight on to 1.6.

I need something that excites me again—something creative, something that pulls me back into the process instead of draining what little energy I have left. I need to work on the parts I love, not just tedious labor that grinds me down. I know this isn’t the ideal outcome for you, but it’s the only one that feels realistic if I’m actually going to get moving again.

I want to release myself from obligations I can’t meet, be transparent with you, and keep you updated on my progress—instead of hiding in read-only mode and saying nothing at all.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

And there’s one more thing I’d like to talk to you about.

As many of you already know, the Weight Gaming forum is on the verge of shutting down due to rising costs that our admin, Grot, can no longer shoulder alone. Some of you also know that I’ve been working closely with him to try and prevent our beloved weight gain games community from disappearing.

I’ve stepped forward as a benefactor, committing to contribute a substantial amount every month to help keep Weight Gaming alive. However, the sum required turned out to be much higher than we initially expected—around $2,400 USD each month—which I will partially cover with my own donations.

In light of this, I’m offering, my patrons, a way to directly support the forum through my Patreon. To do that, I’m opening two new subscription tiers.

Tier 1: Commissioner

The Commissioner tier will give you a monthly ~10,000-character weight gain story written by me personally—no AI, no ghostwriters, just me and my wonderfully morbid imagination.

You’ll be able to commission a story featuring:

  • Your original characters
  • Characters from other media
  • Or, of course, characters from Fatgeria itself

Tier 2: Epic Commissioner

The Epic Commissioner tier includes everything from the Commissioner tier plus an artwork sketch from our artist.

She’s genuinely talented, and getting a custom sketch from her for only an extra $50 is, in my opinion, an absolute steal. Here is an example of one of her sketches:

Why am I doing this?

Because Weight Gaming means the world to me.

Before I found this community, my game was just another forgotten title buried at the bottom of Steam—maybe 50 purchases and about $150 in revenue. No community. No conversations. Not even criticism. It was like the game didn’t exist.

Here, everything changed.

I found:

  • A player base
  • Heated discussions and honest feedback
  • Fan art and creativity
  • A feeling that what I make actually matters to someone

Without Weight Gaming, I am, in a very real sense, nothing. I’m not a creator, not a writer, not an artist—I’m just a speck of dust, unseen and forgotten.

I don’t want anyone else to feel that way, and I don’t want this community to vanish. You, the players, would lose so much: new games, a place to voice your opinions, and direct access to the creators you enjoy.

I am deeply grateful to all of you for your support so far. If helping you, and helping Weight Gaming, means I end up writing a hundred thousand characters of story every month, then so be it.

Let’s keep this place alive—together.

If there’s anything to take from the last few weeks here, it’s that health should always come first. Don’t drive yourself into the ground chasing perfection, and I hope you find your spark again now that you’re working on something you’re passionate about.

I’m gonna be honest with you, I’ve supported you since you’ve first come to the forums. I enjoy the game and what you’re creating. So my view point might be a bit biased but I’ve never been disappointed by a release yet, bugs and all. And as long as stuff gets eventually fixed I don’t mind.

I’ve never seen a game released in any capacity that did not have bugs or issues. Hobbyist, indie, AA, AAA (quadruple A ) all have varying degrees of bugs from simple to game breaking. And as a WIP project being developed in patches with supporter feedback, I expect some rough edges and not a pristine release version. I think issues are bound to happen when a new version comes out, especially when you’re retooling an already built game and old code with new content and systems the original was not built to facilitate.

I think it would be beneficial to accept you’re going to create mistakes, it’s going to come out and be seen by people there’s not really anything to be done about it without have really rigorous QA testing and even then stuff will still likely pop up. Creatives in every field and across all industries just make mistakes. And we often hold ourselves to impossibly high standards.

I’ve never once felt ripped off or disappointed by bugs especially in a community like this where people come from all different aspects of skill levels and standards of quality. I think you’re too hard on yourself for something that every game dev goes through and will ultimately have happen to them.

As a supporter I don’t mind if you need a change of pace to help develop flow better it’s understandable lots of devs work on multiple projects to give them selves a ‘break’ and get the creative juices flowing again. It’s understandable that beating your head against an issue can easily lead to burn out and sometimes you need to switch it up to help with this.

From a bug perspective I mainly care about the ones that prevent content from being seen or mess with the flow of content (I.e. wrong stages, sequence, etc.) and that’s if they are just ignored and not taken care of for multiple releases. So far you’ve not done any of this and have been consistent of fixing issues when they pop up. So, personally I would say try not to beat yourself up and hold yourself to too high of a standard that is unrealistic for anyone to meet.

As long as the bugs that prevent the awesome content and events in game from being played through aren’t going multiple patches without being addressed at all, then personally I’m fine and happy to see what you cook up next.

Also I’m not sure what your QA process might look like internally but it might be worth it to have a few additional testers or eyes on the pre patreon release version that might catch simple bugs or issues. This might help with the feeling of ‘too many’ people being aware of issues and might help with your ease your feelings on the matter.

Hey, I know this might be a bit intrusive, but what engine is your game built on?

Krod put it brilliantly, there is not a game in the world without any bugs, and importantly, your game is still very early in development. Take it from fellow developers, game development is HARD. I can’t even begin to tell you how Project Quimbly has evolved, broken, been fixed and expanded upon.

I too had those moments, the new dialogue system I made broke like crazy despite me putting literal MONTHS of work into it, silly mistakes, failures of logic, mismatched systems/code. I made every possible mistake, and I totally get how it feels to have yet another bug. It’s frustrating and heartbreaking that despite all that effort, it still didn’t come out right.

When you release early access, the goal is to get the feedback that fixes the bugs and improves the content, never forget that. You aren’t trying to rip people off, you are including them in the development. Sure, as a player it is frustrating to hit a soft lock or crash especially on a game we’ve been so very excited for, but we will hopefully then come to the forum or patreon and actually try to tell you about what happened. It’s community development in every sense and you always respond positively to all feedback given which is why I and many others continue to support you through the development process.

I’m extremely excited for Fatgeria, it’s likely in my top 3 fetish games I have ever played from a conceptual point of view, the world and story are as captivating as the beautiful girls. Frankly if I could commission you to make infinite content for it, I probably would! Haha~

Best of luck to you as always,
Qwibble
