Literally made an account over this lol - I’ve read the game’s short and the art looks cute so wanted to try it - got it running no issue following other advice here, so now my main problem is… I’m apparently really damn bad at it. I’ve tried doing what made sense, I’ve tried spamming the ‘Sweets’ gifts, or the extra Meals, or the Medicine Meals, and I’ve only got her to her first weight stage, with about 7/6 months left, once.
Please, I beseech thee, someone return to this older thread and gift my stupid self with the hot tips!

did a run as a refresher for this:
until she gains weight for the first time, work->candy(x2)->medicine, you can buy an occasional extra candy and stimulant while you’re at it to have a buffer
then when she does gain weight, work->candy->medicine(x2)

Just so you know, Firefox does not allow me to download it from gofile. Firefox thinks its a security risk.
