Some opinions, thoughts, ideas, maybe something things not working as intended for 0.3a below.

I love the Leanne story stuff. I would say personally it was hard to tell in any shot outside of the story bits and the two events where Leanne was heavier, and she was doing any of her stream stuff. I think that maybe because I was rarely using the single pizza order once you unlock the five order. Since there are a few issues where daisy will revert back to a lower weight for certain images or frames while at school. I’m not sure if it’s something similar.
I can tell the difference for most of the weights in her streamer outfit (especially in the later stages) when I pull up the animation files, but you don’t get to see any of these with the five-pizza option. I do love the stuffing scene she does though. The images when she’s getting up from her chair and bending over don’t seem any different and outside of her story parts it was hard to gauge if she was gaining and I had to pull up the stats screen to see at times.
Leanne has two options to take her out at the diner or the sweets shop it would be nice if these were a bit more like Katrine’s diner outing scene. Where these is some food ordered and a scene and then it doesn’t just abruptly end. Similar to Katrine if we saw Lyn eat the food then get up and be stuffed depending on how much she at that would probably be all it needs.
The choice for Lyn/Leanne is a really interesting concept and I look forward to seeing where that goes.
I would say the stuffing scenes are good in that they exist but the click through a prompt over and over again with mostly the same dialogue is a bit tedious. And for how the sweet shops is currently set up repetitive. I think have a stuffing scene where there are some options to choose is great to have the option being a “feed another” not as great. The option to stop to have sex or keep going is good and makes sense. I think what might work best is some event that happens for stuffing that has the MC bring some treats with them. Let’s say a cupcake (probably different for some of the different girls as they may or may not have different tastes.) Then as the weight stages increase more cupcakes are able to be consumed and eventually you move on to a larger item. Slice of cake, more slices, whole cake, sheet cake, maybe funneling bowls of cake batter, etc. I don’t know that it works to add stuff like that to the sweet shop as it might bloat out all the items needed. This might make the most sense that if the MC were dating/feeding and having sex with a girl, for them to take care of said girl and bring something beforehand. Might be as simple as stopping into the sweet shop before heading over and buying something that the player doesn’t see what it is until the stuffing event.
The event stuffing and sex scenes are great some of my fav content in the game and even if something doesn’t have choices or much of it. It can be really good as in those scenarios. I would welcome a bit more of some of the stuffing stuff to generally show the food being eaten and it being consumed and some of the choices can be as simple as trying to ask if a girl wants more. Which might start off as a no but slowly opens the flood gates of gluttony as greed and stages become higher. Same thing with seeing the amount of food or type of food orders change as stages go by. Little things like this really add in my opinion to a scene for not changing a whole lot. It would be cool to see the MC be able to be more forceful in scenes in later stages with stuffing if that’s someone the player wants to choose and an option. Trying to encourage more consumption or even a bit of forcing as the girl denies it at first but greed and gluttony encourage her to push herself a bit more. All completely optional in a dialogue choice and consensual of course.
I think things that would help with weight sizes being different as well is after a certain number of stages (2 or 3 maybe) that characters change clothes as it would make sense, they are too large for what they were wearing. Maybe this happens more often the heavier they get as the size increases will be larger.
Similar to Lyn and Daisy issue, Lisa was hard to tell she increased in size from 2 to 3 (and I’m honestly not sure she did visually). The other two were obvious at every stage to me with Lisa if I didn’t check her stats page after I thought it might have happened for confirmation. I’m not sure I would have known for sure with stage 1 to 2.
It would be nice (although I think difficult with how many girls you have and how many stages of weight gain there are, which btw is impressive) if maybe the first time we see a girl at her new stage of weight she or the MC make a comment about it. It would be nice if it varied as stages went on as well, but it would help draw attention to it and also fit thematically in my opinion.
The weight gain is better for work for sure, but I still had some girls offset on sizes compared to each other by a stage or almost two. Since you aren’t able to target any girl, you work with on the weekend and its rng its likely to happen with how its currently set up. Also having some of the events tied to only the weekend with how many girls and options there are feels a bit bad. I like that there are somethings that are unique to certain times but going over to daisy’s and working alongside another girl being on the weekend feels odd with what’s currently in game. Maybe there is an event that has a chance when daisy (or other girls) come into the diner and while there ask you to meet them when you get off work and from there stuff/sex/event happen. Same thing with work when going into work during the week maybe it’s a freak busy period where you are working with someone else and well maybe something happens after closing time.
I also still had girls that were working or had just worked show up at the diner to eat and it seems a bit odd for that to happen especially with the pool of girls to choose from.
While Lyns animations play you can’t access any of renpy’s menu or save/load options it keeps force closing everything until it’s done playing.
I love Luna’s gain. I’m not necessarily an hourglass guy either as I don’t feel they ever get enough belly to not look weird, but damn do I love the way she looks especially at higher stages. She is probably my favorite gain so far. Which is saying something as I generally prefer an even distribution / a girl that is more bottom heavy. Having said that, it would be cool as a few people have said before if we could get a girl that is more pear shaped. Doesn’t have to be a focus but would be nice to see a girl with larger ass then some of her other features. I would also welcome a girl that has fat that is more fully distributed. Since we have quite a few apple and hourglass shapes.
Okay probably gone on too long and I’m sure I’ll think of more another 
but I have loved each update so far, and 0.3 is just adding to it more. The game is good I love the animations and sex scenes. It’s great to have a game that has them as it’s a real standard choice for fetish content but really not done in our fetish. The event stuff is great I look forward to seeing more stuff like that across the game and seeing it get filled out a bit more. Take your time with an update as you have indicated you will need some extra time with the next update since stuff had to get cut in this one so it could make its end of month release date. I personally plan to support the game when there’s no content release and don’t need a monthly release to keep me around. And I would like to think I can’t be the only one. And with how upfront and honest you have been about it just keep up the good work and put out the updates when you feel it makes sense and they are good to go in my opinion. I look forward to seeing the planned content you have listed for the next update in game
