Fatties Eating Fatties! A Vore-focused, WG RPG -- update 2/1/24, Ver 0.8.0.1!!! (insert vore joke lol)

Oh no i’ll have to watch the characters get fat all over again:eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes:

Sounds hilarious, maybe keep it for a kind of Hardcore mode where your party members get nomm’d a bunch???

But seriously, eagerly awaiting the update. I think it would be a prime time to share the link around and help promote the game more, I’ve been looking for other places who might enjoy it.

Yo. First big bug of the new version: When everything goes black for the end of Act 1 dialogue the colour doesn’t come back when the dialogue’s over.

I’m currently fighting fixing that, sorry!

and it should be fixed now.

Sees the Writing.com Interactive Right note to self… i am so reading that at a later date and also huray! Update!

Hey, I hope you guys enjoy my original compositions in the game!

Writing.com’s kinda become a trashfire with respect to accessing the chapters, so I’d temper your expectations.
I’m proud of the stuff me and @ThreeBeersDown and @joemoehow and others wrote for it, but the site really doesn’t want you to use it at times.

They’re catchy and exciting!
Excuse my horrible attempts to balance the audio levels, though.

i’ll just edit this with every new bug i find
bug - calorie multiplier does NOT apply to resting
possible bug - after entering the city for the first time, enemies inside the apartment building do not have the weak system applied to them

Relatable, Kui… XD

Anyway, I can’t say enough how awesome it is that you’re taking a silly idea I had about combining my two fav fetishes and making it a whole world to explore! I can’t wait to play more ASAP.

I’d appreciate that!
The apartment enemies thing, though, is deliberate, to stop players from just grinding the early weaklings.

Not sure if bug: I’m at the beginning of act 2 and I can’t interact at all with the door of the party apartment.

NVM, I see what you mean. That’s intentional, but… Kinda weird

small idea: if a attack deals over half of a enemy’s HP in one go and would otherwise kill them, it leaves them in a 1hp state where they will be defeated after the next player turn or next attack from the player party
making it so that at getting mercy points doesn’t become unnecessarily hard to get at times, or making it so that crits wont screw you out of one.

Hmm. I’m uploading a new build with more fixes momentarily, so hopefully that’s fixed there, but I’ll look at it right now.

Ah, you were right! Found it though… Sorry about that!

quick question: what level does phase 2 start in this version?

Phase 2 occurs once you’ve hit level 20.
Also, I just put out a patched version that should fix some of the, uh, issues I left in.

accidentally hit it before i read that, thinking it was a bit higher due to increased requirement for weight levels.
id say that there should be a trigger condition for it outside of levels.
perhaps:

  • lock everybody’s level at level 19 in phase 1
  • once kui gets to level 19 a certain rare enemy can spawn, the enemy becomes more common the further away you are from the city
  • defeating the enemy will trigger the transition to phase 2

this will give players some more agency in when they start phase 2, and allows them to safely get whatever characters they want along with leveling them before moving on.
