How do I get all the characters? Although I’m most interested in Rachel.

Phase 1
Rumia or Rachel:
Rumia is the easiest companion to get, she literally asks you to join your party. If you want Rachel in your party, tell Rumia no. Then you have to fulfill Rachel’s request before she’ll join you.
The pair are the first mutually exclusive set in the game, so having one means you can’t have the other.
Bella or Nanette:
Go to the Bluebell Bakery, sort out the workplace conflict, and then speak to each afterwards for a personal request. After fulfilling the request, you’ll be able to recruit one of them. Same as Rumia and Rachel, you can’t recruit both Bella and Nanette.
Jamie or Phoebe:
You’ll need to find whomever you want to recruit by going to Putnam Academy to the west of the city for Jamie, or exploring the Suburbs to the east for Phoebe. Much like the last two, your tasked with completing a request before they’ll join up, though I believe having Rumia in your party while trying to recruit Phoebe changes her request.
Phase 2
Ming:
Going to the uptown section of the city, and following her into the Bus Station, a cutscene will play and then you’ll have the option to recruit her.
Charity:
After paying off your debt, Charity will give you the choice of paying half of your money back and giving you a Mayoral Pardon, or joining your party. If Phoebe is in your party, Charity insists that she come with you.
Priya:
Go back to Putnam Academy, you’ll be railroaded into the Council Room. Priya will ask you to go check on her sister in the Suburbs east of town. After you fulfill her sisters request, go back to the Academy and she’ll be recruitable.
Jeff:
Phoebe’s Husband shows up at her home in Phase 2 and only joins you if you have Phoebe in the party. Has a lot of interactions with Rumia and Charity.
Sheila:
Getting into The Ham with a visitor pass, you can find Sheila in one of the cell blocks. You’ll be able to free her with a Mayoral Pardon, and then she’ll join your party.
Skein or Penny:
Probably the most complex pair, to recruit either character, you’ll need a vial of Belly-Up Cat-V. To get that, you’ll need to go to the Expa lab, and sacrifice a member of your party (or one of the nameless faction recruits) to get one vial of the stuff. If you side with Expa at the start of Phase 2, you can recruit Penny by giving her the vial. Regardless of faction association, you can recruit Skein by talking to her after aquiring the vial as well. You only get one vial, so you can only recruit one of them.
Phase 3
The Fairy:
To recruit the fairy, you need to collect a bunch of other fairies (six I think?) throughout Phase 3 and bring them to her.

not trynna be negative but or rude but, but is this update the end? i mean herokero hasnt even came to this site since february and not uploaded to his patreon since march of last year, i know hes probably very busy and life is unpredictable and does this for free and we are all very thankful, but bro’s been radio silent since a bit after the update, like anyone know if hes ok or anything? is he still planning on finishing the game or rather not deal with that right now? just curious tbh just looking out for this project the threads gotten just dryer and dryer with time.
I bet the person is just working hard on update and bug fixes as well real world situations could be in the way as well cuz people do got a life outside of making these games. And real world scenarios can be at play.

I feel ya, the last update took a long while too.
I think Hero’s active on Discord so they’re alive at least. I believe they’re still working on the game but it does take it’s time probably due to IRL stuff.
Personally I would be willing to wait another year if I had to, just wish there would be a bit more info about the development.
I’m hoping that we get some news on 8/8.

The update introducing the first 25% of phase 3 came out on 15th March 2023 (it was the one about the ham and the new factions HQs), then the current version including the second 25% of phase 3 (back to town, companions quests, bunker…) came out on late January 2024. Took them 10 months to add a 25%, and now i think he’s gonna finish phase 3 so that means the next update will probably include the missing 50%.
Considering all of these things, and the fact they’re probably working on new sizes and art for enemies and companions, i think it will take some more months

Hi, it’s me and after so much suffering I managed to get to the bunker and I already destroyed the first core but I don’t know what to do next. What should I do next?

Near the entrance to the beach and you will see an entrance where you can enter although I don’t think you should enter because I already did the supposed first part of the bunker and I can’t enter the second part and nobody wants to tell me if the game ends there until the next update comes out.
Assuming you did the EXPA plotline, the game seems to be bugged for that in particular, for CULT and GAIN, they should be able to finish the bunker
A question, does anyone know where I can get the diet soda for Nanette’s mission? Please, I would like to exclude her so I know what happens in the store if there is no one working and don’t tell me just the location of the soda.
