Feedback appreaciated for a village rebuilding game

Hello everyone, I started working on a RPGM project and I would like some feedback.
The game is about a guild secretary sent to a torned downed village to help rebuild.
weight gain shenanigans follows.

I have some experience in game dev and a good amount in programming but I’m new to rpgm
right now I have a basic synopsis written and some lore/character descriptions.

I also toyed around in rpm to make some maps and figure out the engine.

I plan to start writing the outline for the different quests and then start working on the game.
I will keep this post updated with my notes, and if anyone is willing/bored enough to give it a read that would be greatly appreciated.

some of the stuff I’ve planned so far : secretary - Google Drive

English isn’t my first language and I’m now realizing I should have proofread my stuff. I’ll get to it soon.
last update: 24-05-27, made a map for the farm, wrote the priestess, and made a git repo for version control

I’ll start by saying you seem to have a good idea of what you want to do. Having a clear direction is important. Your characters and lore seem pretty thought out. I really like the descriptions of your characters. The traits are a neat addition too, so good job. I’m loving your map design so far. I’m sure it’s all very much work-in-progress, but the East Village is very visually appealing to me. Games are hard and I know it’s early, but I think you could be on to something really cool. Apologies for the lack of real feedback, I just thought I’d give a couple quick praises as I already like the direction your headed with it. It’s early, but I’m interested to see where you can take the game!

I’m getting mad Stardew Valley vibes, which is cool! Hope this game goes a long way.

This concept looks super interesting. Let me know if you need any help with writing or proofreading, I’d be happy to lend a hand.

So far, so good. One thing I suggest is having some way to represent the characters graphically. Whether they are drawn, rendered, AI art, or created through other means is up to you. In such a promising project (at least from what we’ve seen so far), it would be a shame not to have images of the characters. I understand it might be tricky to find someone who can create these images and is willing to do so, but it could be a significant improvement to an already well-thought-out project.

I appreciate the feedback

i had to put this on the back burner because of a juicy job offer
im now back and pretty motivated, i dont have much time to work on it so i wont do regular updates.
but i’ll make a thread when i feel i have something worthwile to show
