By the time of the next update I want to see the merchandise inflated after eating too much and also that the endings have versions with images for example that we are fed by the redhead to see how we look or with the inflation or also see how the grandmother looks when separating and many more things so how long is left please I want to know

No, and that may be up to Fallboy to add in a future update. Remember, the game is largely translated and is slightly modified in comparison. Some examples are the MC being female instead of male, added Sugar Ball foods, all encompassing password, the modified church with the sisters, some additional art for modified content.
You’ve got some nice ideas, but it’ll depend on the people here if they want to add onto the game or wait for Fallboy to make his own additions or changes first and work off that. The reason for the mods is they don’t break the original game entirely. Changing the MC’s sex is one thing. Adding another Ending, or additional art, where Fallboy may make / add his own is another. Though the art he adds is commissioned, but all the same.
Not to discourage you at all, either! Just something to keep in mind, as some restraints exist due to being a Japanese developer’s game first. You know?

Any plans to add a male character we can fatten in the future? Even if they’re like, a femboy or something.
you can actually download the original game, there’s a male MC remember that this version is actually a mod were you play as a female MC

Not without editing the script, the code, replacing the sprites and the protagonist’s art.
I’m familiar with the origional yes, but I was wondering because it requires not only machine translation, but it’s also only player WG. Having a character in the mod here would be a VERY different experience, though if it’s not something the team is interested in I understand.
