I’m confused where do I get the demo
It’s very old at this point, so it would be very early in the thread. The new art is from after the demo from like a year ago.

Another month of Toro toil, another character complete! I won’t be showing her portrait count to preserve secrets for the full game (it’s at least 20 new ones), but ya’ better believe it was a full month’s work!
I can’t stress enough how amazing Toro is for running a Patreon, Twitter, and still having the time to crank our dozens of these- how does the man do it?! Much appreciation for the man making this amazing art possible. He nailed her design language, and I’m really looking forward to everyone seeing it.
Also, @e123b has made major strides in a feature any game like this needs: a character viewer!
Blanked out the peak weight for now

It’s still early, but all of the core features are in. Easy access to characters, unlocked outfits, and unlocked weights. He’s done all the backend work to make this simple to implement, and add any surprises found along the way. We still plan to do another UI pass closer to release, so expect this to look even better by the time it’s out. I had no clue how to dynamically generate this stuff, and it would’ve been an extremely amateur job. Having an actual coder, with a friggin’ degree no less, has already helped immensely, and it’s only going to get better
As always, mad props to the team making this all possible. I’d be nowhere without them. That’s all for the update, Toro’s flexing for Grace’s new portraits, and e’s plugging away at fixing my code and making everything run right proper. I apologize for the time this is all taking, I’m still planning to have the demo ready by year-end, but at the end of the day we’re all doing what we can with the spare time we have. Regardless, we continue to make progress!
Also, as @chilmistressfreia said, the demo in the first post is indeed very old and will be replaced (along with the whole post) once the new demo’s ready.
@bruh1331 Yep, like Shugoki said (sorry, can only list 10 users per post!), those were all redundant outfits. Toro and I’s first outfit list was very much a moonshot, and as time’s passed we’ve found a few that either aren’t needed for the story, or wouldn’t fit. For instance, we cut a Morgan swimsuit outfit because we discovered she’d be wearing it in winter. Everyone had a few cut (or added!) for reasons like that; it’s hard to plan for everything the first time
@broughtonr385 No Patreon yet, I’m not taking anyone’s money until I’m sure we can eventually get this game out the door. When the time comes, I’ll be sure to redo the first post and let everyone know
@thepokendo Unfortunately, Forks isn’t open-ended enough to let players choose their character. This is Alex’s story, and it’s all we can do to tell that much

It is amazing how far this has come from its early days. Honestly, everything looks stunning. Out of curiosity, is peak weight referring to how fat she can become in an ideal playthrough, or her high point in the current playthrough?
I also love that the character viewer comes equipped with optional weights and clothing for her to wear. Really, really exciting stuff.

Although i do want to ask a question or two but it would be kind of the same question and another which might be new but it’s been a while since i checked my previous messages.
When making the other characters where their more or less than you originally wanted to add to the game since they might fit the story but due to reasons you decided with this amount instead?
With how the responses have been to this game have you thought about adding additional content after finishing the original design of this game?

@LeftHandManGary Peak weight, for now, refers to her absolute maximum weight. We’ll tweak it for more functionality as we go along, but for right now it just shows the single number. One easy change would be to tie it into weight variables we’re already using, so it’d show the highest weight they’ve seen.
Toro’s spent so much time on these outfits that we had to include a viewer just to show them off
@maldy Are you asking if we’ve ever had to cut characters? If so, we have! However, we’ve also added a couple as well. Toro’s been so busy with the core 5 characters that we haven’t even started concepts for the new ones yet- but they’re in the pipeline!
As for additional content, I have some rough ideas and Ren’Py makes online updates easy, but for now I’m just focused on getting the central narrative finished. There’s a lot to do
