It is interesting to see a funger fan fat fetish game(quad-f right there lol), though I do think I would love to see male characters but hey not all into fat males or females, & probably like the game over/death is going to be graphic because of funger, well if I have one in mind if you want all female characters, I’ll say Sylvian & GOFH are the main gods in this story of the game & I think spritework would be great if it was similar to Miro’s spritework so it can, in my opinion, make the fat characters in style of Miro’s.
How I imagine it will be more to body horror themes like indulgence & degradation, the fetish elements exist as threats & consequences rather than rewarding, for sexual themes happen both on & off screen but depends on the settings. The most basic stuffs I can think of for the core gameplay are hunger, sanity & stamina meters, limited resources, decisions/choices can have it’s own effect like alter characters; then the cult I would think they force-feed, drug & ritualize characters, worshipping “growth” as their divinity & rituals can increase corruption & loss of control. I think failure doesn’t mean game over/death, it can mean being changed beyond recovery; fates worse than death in a way
Now I like to think a transformation system can work with/without sesexualize scene, things like characters undergo visible physical changes over time, movement speed, combat ability(may it be getting to a certain size decrease the chance to evase), social reactions will be a neat stuff as the character getting bigger & fatter that NPCs react in disgust or any sort of way, sanity & control to the character. I think making it horror-fetish than fetish only can add certain impact since I’m basing these on the funger games.
Then corruption & lust meters or maybe both in a single meter, lust can affect the will power & loss of resistance & as the lust going high there’ll be changes in dialogues, bad choices can be “tempting” & that the characters may sabotage themselves; full corruption can be a game over or branches to different kind of endings.
Combat is something like the first funger game rather the sewurl, you mostly avoid than enganging with them since it can be punishing than rewarding; though I like if there are ways to escape combat by sacrifice, deception or enduring humiliation by the enemy. Many enemies are better to be avoid unless it involves “high risk, high reward”.
One of the most important things is having party members, each has their own personal fears, different tolerance to corruption & unique “breaking points” Also I would like s friendship system too like trust bonds, dependency & rivalry.
Finally endings would be tied to who survives, how much corruption was endured, whether the cult is escaped, destroyed, or joined & personal endings for each character.

The fat D’arce mod is really good & I always use the mod as the mod was made by an artist “roxas617” as they didn’t continue on working the mod but then a friend of mine, raz0rmind3d, got the artist’s permission to continue the mod & I say he did a great job; there’ll be one for the second game, Fear & Hunger: Termina, it supposedly all characters & changes to gameplay too; the artist is on Bluesky named “Bakteriophage” though they changed the username & had their X account nuked, last time they post about the fat mod for Termina was 10 months ago
& 6 months ago for their last time posting.
I doubt that the artist isn’t working on it; spritework, gameplay changes & the new “2.0” update for the second game that might happen anytime, what I do think about the artist is that they’re doing them but if I remember there are about thousands of sprites though I don’t know specifically for characters & enemies; betting & hoping they’re doing all, gameplay changes to fit a fat fetish mod is interesting as there’s one picture I find it funny yet it is interesting
There are a lot to take in like dialogues, items, skills, combat, gameover/death, etc; which is going to take a lot of time, then the “2.0” update which is still on development with the last post on Miro’s bluesky account was 3 months ago
though 2 weeks ago, he made changes on enemies.
So in short, I say Bakterio’s doing them but also waiting for the new update.
