Been on the server for roughly 2-3 years now. I’ve had a great time figuring out all the stuff I can do in this game. from the penis pill maker 9000 to the fat laser refraction chamber, it’s been amazing. The devs are always working to add new things and I love em for it.

What species of furries are allowed and will we get our own custom sprites made for our characters or would we have to commission someone else or make them ourselves?
You can make your own furry species, the character creator is highly customizable. It allows for basic species like lizards, synth lizards, robots etc, but there’s also a fully custom anthro species you can adjust to your liking.
Generally speaking yes, you are allowed to make and submit your own body parts (like ears, tails, snouts, body patterns etc etc), but it has to be universal. So for instance it can’t be “Bob’s Tail”, but something like “Vulpine Tail”.
User is against putting their actual License/ID on the internet, and that’s just good practice.
I am not putting an image of my ACTUAL ID on the internet for the sake of funny fat spacemans game. I’m just not, that’s not even a choice and I’ll just have to find someway to cope without a niche fetish server. Blurred or not, that shit can be undone and I ain’t survived through the days of AOL by trusting random people on the internet to be gregarious and well-meaning.

Ah, because I was wanting to make a Catrobis/recreate my Catrobis character. Though the only job I can think of for her on the ship is if there’s a test subject job in Research and Development. Since she was a test subject in my lore for her.
So I can just share my idea but with my face and other stuff edited out but still showing my DOB and expiry date for said ID to get in right?
Yes, we need only the month/year + expiry date. Blur out all else.
Yeah, that’s completely understandable and we respect that. We’re doing our best to keep the ID sharing as safe as possible but taking a stance of being cautious with sharing your documents with strangers on the internet is 100% reasonable.
Here are some ref sheets of my Catrobis character Rebus and just checking to see if it’s possible to recreate her with the Character Creator for this.
It certainly is possible, SS13 does offer the option to rename your species to make it more unique, as well as adding horns on top of plethora of furry parts, the visuals may be limited but you can get creative with writing the character description, as well as linking the OC image via service that provides image hosting services like f-list for example.
From what I remember of the creator, that should be pretty easily possible to make. It’s… it’s pretty damned expansive.

How do you exactly go about getting verified because I already joined the discord server and confirmed that I have read both the discord rules and the GS13 rules, do I just have to wait for someone to get back to me on it?
When you confirm that you read the rules, you will have the verification channel opened. There you can follow instructions on how to properly undergo the process, won’t be anything difficult and the staff makes sure to reply within 24 hours.
I was supposed to get instructions on how to do the process? When i confirmed that I have read the rules nothing happened and no other channel had opened, did something happen or did i just do something wrong? (or should i just directly message a staff member?)

Also is there a test subject/lab rat job that my character can take on the station for Research & Development? Cause that’s the only one I can think of for her and in her lore she is actually is used as a test subject, she was formerly human before she became a Catrobis through gene splicing and gene editing.
